O & W Heating and Cooling and water heater repair

I called O&W for a replacement water heater. They arrived same day and replaced the bad unit. This was FAST and he left the area so clean I was tempted to tell my wife I did it. O&W is the one I trust.

Great service. Replied shortly after I left a message, and service was completed the next day. Explanations were given for what was done and what is recommended for the future. I have used this company several times in the past and will continue to do so for my maintenance projects. Highly recommended.

Omer replaced our water heater on a Sunday evening. Everything from the first telephone conversation to the completion of the job was professional and enjoyable. Omer shared a wealth of information and was an amazing person to work with.

Last week Omer Hamden of O and W Heating and Cooling did a complete installation of a furnace and AC unit at my home. As a bonus, he installed a Honeywell Lyric smart thermostat. In the four plus years that Omer has provided me with HVAC services he has always taken the time to walk me through the WHOLE process. Explaining how and why HVAC systems work the way they do. Omer does excellent work and is patient enough to explain how things work and why he's doing what he's doing. He's very thorough; I'm always confident he'll do things properly. His prices are fair. I often refer him to others.

Omer installed a new water heater and humidifier. Also had my furnace and AC serviced. Very thorough and catches problems before they turn into an expensive repair.
