O & W Heating and Cooling and water heater repair

Air conditioner went out the Sunday before Labor Day. O&W came out within the hour. Replaced worn out part and cleaned unit. They explained everything in detail. Very impressed and happy with work done. Will call back for estimate on new furnace.

This week my air conditioner stopped on the hottest day. After calling around I find out o & w heating and cooling was the only company in Oak Creek that really was a 24 hour company and answered there phone right away. They were vary affordable and was able to get my a/c running the same night. So happy I called!

I called Omer, after reading his reviews. They are all true. Both times I had to call him were during the holidays, and at night. He went the extra mile to help me out. Omer is not a pushy salesman, he is a professional contractor who takes pride in his work(and it shows). I would not hesitate to give Omer an (A+) rating!!!

We had an after hours heating problem and called Omer. He asked a few questions and was there within the hour and had us warm again in a short time. O & W is the only HVAC company we will ever call. Thank you Omer

Omer came out on Sunday and diagnosed our problem. He showed us where the broken part was, and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He also replaced our filter (which was long overdue), cleaning, and did a great job explaining our Nest to us. It pays to have a certified Nest professional when working with "smart" wi-fi thermostats. Thanks for the service, Omer.

Omer went out of his way on a Friday afternoon to install a new hot water heater for me before the weekend. He walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with the installations he recommended (before installing them).

Called about my water heater, and Omer was out at my house within a few hours replacing the (very) old heater. Super helpful, super knowledgeable, couldn't be happier with the service.

I contacted the company via goggle email to have a quote with work completed on my hot water heater. I choose the company because of the reviews they had on the site. They did reply to me in a timely manner that they could complete this for me and someone would be contacting me at 8:30 after I had sent my name and address of service need. I received another text at 8:45 stating that they had spoken with dispatch who informed them that I was out of their service area and would have to find someone else in my area. When I look over what area they service they say Milwaukee. Yes I am in Milwaukee and per Google I am about 15 minutes away from the company via I-43. I am not sure as to if the reason my business was not accepted was because of my area but I must say that I am very disappointed. The more courteous thing they could have done would have been to at least have called me to relay this information instead of a text.

Omar was available to check out my furnace and has worked on it for cleanings. HEAT EXCHANGER WAS GOING BAD SO i ASKED FOR OPTIONS. hE SUGGESTED WITH THE AGE OF MY FURNACE REPLACEMENT WAS THE BEST FOR THE MONEY. hE GAVE ME A GOOD DEAL AND DID THE PREP WORK ON SUNDAY. Just finished the replacement and cleaned up very well. Nice to work with a person who is very curtious. Thank you.
