Omer is fantastic. I received excellent service. He took the time to explain everything to me and clearly is a professional in the industry. The price is more than fair. Since my AC servicing I have hired Omer to install some dampers and have signed up for an annual service package for the furnace and AC. I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with him.

Update - Omer contacted me for my annual fall furnace check. Thank god he did because my furnace was dangerously in bad shape. He installed a new furnace immediately and even offered to work on Sunday. I am so happy with his service I am recommending him to all my friends.

Omer and O&W Heating and Cooling were absolute lifesavers. My husband and I had an old Central Air unit that was causing some issues with our HVAC, come to find out, it was a much bigger issue. But, Omer was quick to try and help us out and extremely knowledgeable about everything he does and even gave us a few tips, pointers and basic homeowner lessons (which being new homeowners was very much appreciated). All in all we thought we were going to be without central air for at least a couple of weeks and Omer managed to not only find a central air unit (which because of COVID there are shortages) but also to install it all in a couple of days. The responsiveness and helpfulness was appreciated and has just earned O&W Heating and Cooling a client for life. My husband and I would 100% recommend Omer and his company to everyone!

The technician, Omar was very friendly. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why and that I understood the equipment. He went into great detail about the warranty and the company website and how to contact them if I had any questions. He made sure all my questions were answered prior to leaving and was very knowledgeable.

Omer is very knowledgeable and honest. He works quickly and does what he can to help keep costs down. He’s very quick to respond and answer calls. He’s professional and friendly and we would recommend him to anyone. He even asked to make sure it was OK before he used his vacuum to clean something out because we had a sleeping baby at home.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Omer. He responded to my initial call within 10 minutes, and scheduled to be at my house within an hour.
Omer thoroughly explained the problems with my furnace, as well as my options for moving forward. At no time did I feel pressured to do something I wasn’t sure about. Omer restored my heat within a half hour, and returned the following evening for a part replacement.

Last Friday we woke up to a 49 degree house. After calling several different companies looking for someone to come out, we decided to try O&W even though we had no prior knowledge of the company. Omer was at our house in less than an hour. He showed up before other companies even called us back. He was thorough in explaining what was wrong, made sure we understood, and worked with us to find the best furnace for our house and budget. Then, he worked to get the new furnace in the next day so we had working heat. I cannot say enough about how happy I am we chose O&W Heating. We plan on being customers for a long time.

Called O & W Heating and Cooling llc to replace two old water heaters for my home. Omer was able to come install both the water heaters for me the same day and everything works great! Omer responded quickly, did the work well, and was a professional. I would recommend anyone needing water heater replacement to bring your business here. Omer did a Great job from start to finish servicing my furnace. He was professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his honesty. I would highly recommend O&W.

We arrived to our home at 9 pm to find the inside temperature down to 40 degrees. It was in the teens outside. Our call to O & W was answered in 5 minutes. They dispatched service and Ammeer arrived in 15 minutes. His service was outstanding! In a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem which required him to travel to a supply house a half hour away and back for a new motor. Not only did we have our heat back but he went the extra mile inspecting the furnace and ducts and didn't leave until everything was working properly. Hands down the best service I've ever received!

Omer from O & W Heating and Cooling was more than accommodating, he came in first for an issue with our thermostat and we had him install a new furnace and air conditioner. He took the time to explain and show us all the issues with our very old furnace . He was prompt/courteous and install was perfect. We love our new furnace! Would only recommend O & W.
