O & W Heating and Cooling and water heater repair

Omer does such great work and you can tell he truly loves what he does, all of my family has used him for over a decade! We contacted him about our outside faucets and he ordered the parts and fit us in within a couple days. Not only did he do the work asked at a very reasonable price, but he gave such great advice on our furnace, water heater, and chimney while he was there. As first time home owners he’s the type of person you know you can trust, I would highly recommend him!

We needed to have our water heater replaced and contacted O & W. We heard back right away, got an estimate via email, and the very next day our new unit was installed! Omer was personable, thorough, and a total professional. He knows so much about water heaters and plumbing in general, and he took tons of time to explain everything in detail and give us recommendations for DIY repairs and plumbing maintenance. We called O & W based on the reviews and we were extremely satisfied with their service. My husband called and Omer was at our place within 30 minutes. After the installation, Omer walked us through everything from cleaning our faucets to how our new water heater operates to where to find more information on the water heater. Every so often, he would stop to ask if we had any questions. Very knowledgeable and informative. Amazing customer service and very personable! Highly recommend! 👍

I was grateful to have someone come out the same week. I moved into a new home this fall and was sure our furnace needed a professional inspection/ clean up. Omar is extremely knowledgeable and I feel much more informed about my furnace system; how it works, and more importantly what I can do to maintain it. Really great service, he followed COVID-19 protocols and was clear about those protocols on our initial phone call. We will see Omar this spring to do the same with our A/C unit.

From scheduling to installation, we had a really great experience with Omar at O & W. He was very quick to respond to my message and was able to come out to replace our water heater the next day. He took the time to explain everything to us (never really new anything about water heaters before) and also gave us a recommendation of who we could work with on having a chimney liner put in (while being honest with us about why, in our particular case, we needed to get this done before winter). He was also transparent from the get-go on how much our service would cost. And, since our service with him happened during COVID, he took extra care to make sure we were all prepared to interact safely with each other before he got there and cleaned everything he touched while in our house. He also got our warranty set-up and in place within hours. I would highly recommend calling if you need your water heater replaced!

Installed water heater just a few days after I called to schedule the installation. Very good work and communication.

Plumber did not want to work with my manufactures warranty; made excuse after excuse, after excuse for not wanting to work with manufacture warranty. He did not even want to speak with The manufacture warranty department personnel.

I cannot say enough positive things about O & W. Our tankless heater was having issues. Omer came over within a day to take a look. He was able to provide me a lot of information about what was wrong with my unit so that I could make an informed decision moving forward. I ultimately had to replace my unit. When it came to the replacement, Omer was able to coordinate with an electrician to complete the job in an efficient manner. I know I will look to use O & W for my future heating and cooling needs. They will take the time to explain the situation so I can make the right decisions.

Omer installed a new furnace and hot water heater in 2016 and we have been using him for all our heating/cooling needs since. He always reminds of filter change dates and is quick with scheduling. His work is great and his customer service is awesome. He will come for any emergency and always answers if we have a question. Thanks for awesome service we highly recommend them!
