I am in the process of building a bathroom in my basement and I wanted to give the plumbers a big thanks. They were professional, quick, fair prices, and did a great job. I had a few extra odd jobs they took care of in no time flat.

During my bathroom build, I worked with the designer and she helped me pick out fixtures and toilet to all match. People are very jealous of my new bathroom.

Things they have done so far: new pipe under the cement floor, install new toilet, install shower faucet, shower pan, faucet for my sink, and replaced my galvanized pipe with PEX. With the new PEX my water pressure is great and they had the pipes replaced in a day.

I had a new pressure tank in the bathroom replaced at the cabin and everything replumbed. It made everything better. As the pressure was restored, my washer quit alarming as all the problems were related to my pump. I thought the washer was starting to go. The washer has’t quit since. I Called Dickenschrauf because I was having issues with my furnace, Jarred came out and looked at it, gave me a bunch of information, quotes to repair vs quotes to replace as well as his advice on what he would do. We decided to replace the furnace as our existing one was very old and not worth repairing. While we were waiting for our scheduled day our existing one died in the middle of the night. I called them early in the morning and Jarred was able to schedule me for an immediate replacement that same day. Guys were at my house within 2 hours and i had a new furnace 5 hours later. Im very satisfied with the work they did, they were clean, professional and quick and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone!

Josh and Dan came out to look at my A/C that wasn’t working and turns out it was the fan on the furnace that was broke and affecting the a/c. They fixed the issue without delay. We also hired them back to replace the furnace. They were very friendly and the service was very efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend them!

I have used Dickenschrauf Plumbing for the past 10+ years. I would never consider calling anyone else. They recently stepped up when a previous plumber walked off the job in the middle of a remodel. They came first to uninstall the dishwasher and plumbing in the kitchen so I could get new counters in, with little to no notice. They came back two days later to reinstall the faucet and hook everything back up. Then when a box store canceled the delivery of my new vanity and toilet, they sent a crew to go pick it up, it did not fit in the truck so they sent a second empty truck to get it here only to discover as they were opening it that it was shipped with a cracked countertop. A new one was delivered a week later and with no complaints Jeff showed up, installed the faucets, vanity, toilet and even helped with my shower rod. They hauled all the garbage away, cleaned up as they were never there. I can not say enough good things about them and it’s nice to have a friendly plumber that will respond by phone, email or text when needed. I would give them 100 stars if I could.
