My old furnace had major problems 22 years ago the company was sued) and Tim St.Peter knew all about it. Thank you Tim and Company for everything including our new safe furnace!

We called last Friday because our AC went out Thursday night. Tim was able to come the same day later in the afternoon. He was right on time and very professional and friendly. He replaced the part and explained exactly what the problem was and he was happy to answer all of my air conditioning related questions. He even cleaned off our condenser! The service was above and beyond and the cost was very reasonable. definitely recommend Home Heating and Cooling

Our furnace went out Thursday night on Dec 29. We contacted home heating on Friday Dec 30, while they first thought that they wouldn't be able to find a furnace our size, they came out right away, assessed the situation and found a furnace and installed it, same day! What great service. Plus the cost was very fair, no extra charges for fast service, or Holiday rates! PLUS they are super nice people. I highly recommend them, they are very knowledgable and very helpful.

Highly recommend! I can’t say much price wise since I am unsure what the issue was (my husband handled it) but I will say our furnace stopped working and the temp was dropping. It was just after 5p. We called another popular company in town first that claimed to be open 24 hrs and they had an answering service take out info and say they’d call back. Well an hour or so later they hadn’t called. My husband found “home heating” online and called and they picked up right away,were friendly and knowledgeable. He came out in literally less than half an hr,got down in the crawl space and diagnosed the problem in less than 10 min. It was pricey but he was able to fix the furnace the same night and did it for cheaper than initially quoted. Very happy with the customer service,we will definitely recommend them in the future due to their kind professionalism.

Our heat went out at 10pm in January. We couldn't get our home warranty to consider it an emergency call even with kids in the house.Tim with home heating and cooling came out in 30min and had our heat working in 15min. He was extremely professional and courteous. He even showed some tips and tricks to keep our heat going. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Mike was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of info. Unfortunately he never got back to me with a quote, so I went with someone else.
