Home Heating & Cooling responded immediately to my call saying we'd lost our heat, and came over within an hour and half to both investigate and perform the repair in the same trip. They did a great job laying out our options, and per request they did an excellent job of installing a new furnace motor, which has been running smoothly ever since. I am very grateful, and we will definitely be utilizing their services again!

I don’t write reviews. In this case Tim St.Peter went above and beyond all of my expectations. He was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. He answered every question. (I had a lot) The level of customer service we received was far above what we had ever received before with any company. His price was very reasonable. When he came to do the estimate I asked him about the way the furnace came on and he said that it should not work like that. We already agreed to his estimate and had it set up for replacement along with the supply lines. He still insisted on repairing the furnace because he couldn’t leave us with it not working properly. You don’t get care and concern like that in today’s market. You do with this company. I truly can’t recommend this company high enough to do them justice. Tim and crew thank you for a wonderful experience and an amazing quick and professional job.

Very professional, exceptional customer care and great pricing. I called Tim late afternoon and I had the heating/AC unit replaced the next day. He went beyond to get the right unit and had very good recommendations, all with respectful demeanor and without any pressure. It took them a couple of hours for the whole job done, swift, clean and professional. Highly recommended!

Would use again in a heartbeat. Literally saved over 50% from a Lake Geneva competitor. When my AC fan died the week before we had the new system scheduled he came out to put in a new fan as a temporary fix for no charge!

I highly recommend Home Heating and Cooling. My furnace went out on a Sunday and it was also Valentine's Day. The temperature was 0 degrees at the time and I never thought I would get anyone to come over to try to repair my furnace. I called their phone number and their voice mail said someone would return my call within an hour. Five minutes later someone called me and 30 minutes later they came to my house to try to repair my furnace. Because my furnace was 24 years old, the part that went out was very expensive and it wasn't feasible to fix. They gave me 4 space heaters to get through the day and night, and the next morning they installed a new furnace. They were very reasonable too. I am also getting a new air conditioner in the spring and they gave me a $600 discount. They were very professional and friendly. I will always go to them in the future.

I usually don’t leave feedback but I had to in this situation. The owner Tim and his crew were super professional, clean and reliable. Tim personally took all my calls, showed up for the consultation and personnel checked the work when everything was done. Price was way cheaper than I thought and that was even for the upgraded furnace. I can’t say enough. Will totally use in the future and recommend to everyone who needs heating and cooling, also he handles water heaters. Good to know. 👍🏻

I hired this company to install a new ac and furnace in my home and couldn't be more pleased. They have great pricing and really do an amazing job. Tim, the owner, is very knowledgeable and professional. He went way above and beyond for me multiple times on this project which shows me that he really cares about his customers and he takes great pride in his work. We called and they came out within a half hour. We needed a new furnace that they installed THAT day. They were neat and fast and we felt was reasonable priced.
Tim installed our new thermostat at no charge just to help us out.
