Brady was wonderful at answering all of my questions, thorough at making sure that our AC was ready for the season and our furnace was shut down properly, and he even took time to make certain that questions I had as a Club 1717 member we answered and ideas he could pass along to management for customers would be done. We've been very happy with Mr. Holland's and with every call, they continue to impress us.

Professional and courteous. He seemed surprised (as were we) that we were told to remove the old toilet before they arrived. Price was high for what was essentially toilet installation and taking the old toilet with him. Happy it's done, but not sure pricing is in line with the service.

I had just moved into new house and sewer backed up on us. I called at 8 Monday morning and service tech was out by 10am. Cleaned out the drain line and all done by about 11. He also explained what the cause was and what my options are moving forward. Very pleasant, knowledgeable tech to work with. I’ll be calling them back for more jobs.

Had a backup late Friday afternoon. I called and their scheduled service was for the next day in the AM. I got a call back and they were able to send someone the same night. Chris, was extremely professional and fast. He answered my questions and concerns and performed his tasks perfectly! He was clean and didn’t make any mess that he did not need to. Would recommend. A++++ thank you! Drains work great!

Chris M was fantastic. He walked me through each part of the furnace maintenance what could use some cleanup and the normal repair schedules. As a first time homeowner I felt no pressure to buy anything new or unneeded and trusted his expertise to know what was maintenance and how I could prolong the life of my furnace. 100% recommend.

Woke up to no heat. Knew it wasn't going to be cheap to repair, the furnace is 22 years old. Greet team, from the woman who answered the phone to the estimator who priced the new furnace (Rudy - thank you!) to the install team (Jason- awesome!) to the electrician (Matt Canady - fabulous!) who finished the job...great customer service, professional, on time and pleasant!!

Kyle was great! When he arrived, he put on shoe protectors on saving my new new flooring. He did his initial evaluation and provided several potential causes. Every step of the way he explained what was happening.
I am ecstatic that I wasn’t able to fix the issue, it was ‘nasty’ (lol). He went above and beyond when putting the fittings back together.
When he finished, everything was cleaned up and made sure I was happy with everything! Thank you again. I would recommend Mr hollands to anyone.

great, friendly, thorough service. our system is 18 years old and gave a very helpful over view of what could be done, needed to be done, and could wait. the company is in for the long haul so makes recommendations that benefit the customer.....not the bare minimum. evaluation was well documented and easy to understand.
