Our experience started with Rudy and an estimate. Rudy was prompt, professional and kept to all of his commitments. When it came time to do the install, Derek L, Ian and Chris showed up on time, completed the installation professionally, took the time to answer my questions when I interrupted them and ensured that I was comfortable with the system they installed before they left. Everyone I dealt with was refreshingly professional, courteous and a credit to their craft. I don’t often pay for a service like this, I mostly prefer to do my own installations to know it got done right and to save the money associated with labor. My experience with Rudy, Derek, Ian and Chris and Mr.Hollands made me HAPPY that I had spent the money to have Mr.Hollands install our Generator Backup system. Thank you for employing these 4 professionals, you need to keep them around, they are representing Mr. Hollands well and worth investing in.

We have a leak on our well pressure tank and Andy explained over the phone what he would have to do before he arrived. He was spot on with the diagnosis when he arrived. He gathered all the information to get started on or situation and everything is set to get started as soon as the electrician gets here as we have no turn off for the well pump. We will give an update when everything gets finished. A+ For Andy and Mr Hollands. We had a new pressure tank and all hardware replaced. We had them install new Electric panel and pipe from the outside to the panel. A new shutoff for the well pump. A new tank less hot water heater. They repaired our plumbing that wasn't connected correctly from before we moved in. And they just left after doing a furnace inspection and tune-up. All work was in a timely manner and properly by all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I paid for quality equipment and professional service. A plus from this home owner.

I am a retired electrician, with 40 years in the construction trade.
Nick and Ian were the electricians that installed the back up generator system. Jason was the plumber who ran the gas line to the generator.
I can say, without a doubt that their work was impeccable.
When I worked in the trade, my work was done with quality and have come to appreciate the work done by Mr. Hollands crew.
When the crew left there was absolutely no sign of the work being done. Everything was cleaned up to my expectations.
Without a doubt, I highly recommend Mr. Hollands.
The ONLY complaint is that they didn’t paint the gas line outside.

I called on a Monday and they were able to come out for an estimate on that Wednesday. Chris came out for the estimate and was here right on time, was very understanding of what we wanted and gave us great suggestions for how we could get it done. We set up an appointment and they were able to come within the next 2 weeks (probably could have been sooner without the holidays in between.)

We had 4 outlets installed in our basement so we can finally use it for more than just a washer/dryer. The electrician, Neil, was right on time also and finished quicker than the time estimated. The work definitely seems of great quality and was exactly what we asked for. The price seemed very reasonable for the work done.

The service on all fronts was very friendly and knowledgeable. And we will definitely going back to Mr. Holland for future needs!

Brian was great. Looked at what I needed andtold me what he was going to do before starting. Brian was very polite and professional and conversational which was nice. The work was excellent. Would recommend to others.

Whole Home generator installation. We met with Rudy on Monday and by Friday we have our whole home generator installed. Brandon and the rest of the installation team were great and very professional. Amazing service and value.

I called in the morning to schedule an appointment for the next day to unclog my drain. They were able to come out same day and got my drain uncloged. I was given some good pointers how to help maintain clog free pipes. I appreciated Kyle's quick work, explanations, and help with a potential future project.

Derrek was extremely professional and caring. He made sure everything was resolved with my generator and explained tests he ran to provide assurance. He asked if I needed anything else and happily diagnosed and completed a couple of additional projects, including replacing a GFE outlet in my garage. Fees were transparent up front, no surprises. It was a pleasure to do business with the company and Derrek is a great asset to them!

Andy was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and made sure I understood how to use and maintain my new faucet. He was very pleasant and preformed his tasks in a timely fashion.

Brandon did a marvelous job. He worked very hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with the install. Everything is working great. I highly recommend Mr. Holland's and am very grateful I decided to go with them. Brandon went above and beyond to get the job done and to make sure I understood how the system worked. He was willing and able to answer ALL the questions I asked. After he was done everything was cleaned up and old system taken away. It was like they were never here. Excellent job!
