AFTER 5 VISITS AND NO RESULTS TO FIX OUR FURNACE WE DECIDED TO GO TO ANOTHER HVAC DEALER. WHAT HALES CORNERS COULD,T FIX IN FIVE VISITS HE FIXED IN 25 MINUTES. BUT HE TOOK OVER 825 DOLLARS FROM US. NO REFUND , PLUS THE COSTS OF ANOTHER DEALER TO FIX WHAT HE COULD,T. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The owner does not have any sort of customer service skills. Obviously judging by all the reviews are about him yelling at people. Would stay away.
