Top notch. Great family company. Response time was excellent. Tech was very informative. They came out for a no heat to our home. Very reliable, dependable and over all amazing service. When I asked a question the tech took his time to answer in a way I understood. I would recommend them highly!

Their service was extremely helpful, the installation was quality and done professionally. I was very impressed how they answered all my questions and showed me what was going wrong with my old cooling set up, and how the new system will improve my cooling. Will recommend to anyone that has issues with heating and cooling!!

Joe, Chris and Ferris installed our complete new Heating and AC unit. Joe took the time to explain everything and helped get my thermostat connected to our WiFi and Alexa. Friendly, courteous, with good service.

My furnace was acting up about a week ago so I called Hales Corners Heating to come check it out. They came out the same day which was awesome and they figured out the problem within 15 mins. I love the fact that I have a local Business I can count on when I need them.

Furnace was not working . Called for a service call $100.00 OK we need heat ! Technician comes and furnace is working .He states , he cannot find a problem if it is working. Then tries to charge me another $125.00 to do some testing . Isn't that included in the service call ??!! So I go in "myself" and rear the error codes . Says it has a Igniter issue . Replace the Igniter and voila , furnace is working ! Will not be calling Hales corners Heating and Cooling in the future .Hope you choke on the $100.00 Scott !

Brian was very kind and explained things as he worked. Needed a new igniter, I called and within the hour Brian arrived and less than an hour later I had heat again! Highly recommend this company. Will use them again!!

The technician did an excellent job at educating me with detailed information and performing his duties on the job. John Ricco, the technician, should he highly recognized as an asset to your company. He is a knowledgeable individual in the description of his work. I felt comfortable talking to him, which is a high accomplishment to relate well with others. Thanks John!

Shane came to my home explained things very thoroughly, he was kind and courteous. We knew our ac near the end of its time.
He gave us temp cooling until we had our new ac installed which I love! Thank you HCH!

Ok people. If you are a woman, or have a wife or daugher or a female in your life you care about, I beg you. DO NOT USE HALES CORNERS HEATING AND COOLING. My husband and I had a service call today and had service we were promised was included under the last fee we paid only to be hit with an additional $200+ charge today. I called to discuss it with them only to be cut off, talked down to and told to give the phone to my husband because he could understand better than I could. I wish I could say this was by someone who didn't know customer service but this WAS THE OWNER! I have not been this disrespected in a very long time. This is not ok.

I have relied on Hales Corners to provide seasonal maintenance for past two years .They send qualified service technicians on time with honest estimates if repairs needed.
