I was charged over $500 to repair my furnace. I was told the factory had an update that would fix the furnace issue of not firing up. They came and replaced the parts. Shortly after the repair the furnace acted up and had the same exact code as before the repair. A repair guy came out, checked the furnace, removed the grommet from the intake vent tube and said it works fine. I received another service call bill. After talking to the owner he had no good reasons on the fix. As far as I’m concerned the initial parts replaced was a waste of money. Long story short I’m paying the service call bill and will be looking for a new furnace repair shop in the future.

I would highly tecommend Berkovitz to any company needing heating or air conditioning service. We had been given very costly bids from other companies for an ongoing heating problem in our sanctuary at our church; but Berkovitz came in, analyzed the situation & suggested a solution that the other companies had not mentioned. We had Berkovitz perform their solution, which was only a fraction of the cost. This was over 4 years ago and we have had no further problems with that heating unit.

This past year we had a problem with one of our smaller heating units (17 yr old unit) in the back area of our classrooms, and Berkovitz was diligent about finding the problem and fixing it rather than charging us for a new unit.

Recently we had an air conditioning problem at our home so I called them. They worked their service call into my schedule so I was not missing work. Again, their diligence in tracking down the problem and repairing it was commendable. The repair came in less expensive than their first estimated cost.

Wonderful people to work with!! If there was a 10-star rating, I would choose that rather than the 5 stars. You will not be disappointed if you choose Berkovitz for your heating or A/C needs.

They replaced our furnace and did an excellent job at a great price, the tech was very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

If you are looking for a repair service that is honest this is the one to go to. They came out to my home and got my heat working they are friendly and not over priced like other companies I had dealt with and did not try and get me to fix things that were not necessary.

Great company they will even take the time to show you what and how they did things.
