I've used American Heating for five years. I just had Roger inspect the furnace at my new house. I appreciated his explaining and helping me understand the condition and workings of the furnace.

These guys were Great! Came quickly in an emergency, clean, respectful, and I love my new furnace. Much quieter and more even heating.

A few days ago the temperatures here in Madison started hitting the upper 80s and to my dismay, when I started my air conditioner, I found out it wasn't working...

It was Saturday so I called around to a few places and when I called Action, I actually got an on-call employee on the other end (not an answering service or machine). I spoke with the person to get pricing info, etc. and ended up calling back on Monday to schedule an appointment (they were cheaper than everyone else I called in the area [no trip fee!] and seemed nice).

Even though they were being inundated with calls from the hot weather spike, they guaranteed that someone would be at my house on Tuesday afternoon so at 12:45pm on Tuesday, their technician (Dave) showed up and proceeded to diagnose and fix my issue within 1 hour.

I'm very satisfied with their service as their technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I also really liked the fact that I got a real person when I called on a Saturday.

Carl from Action installed our new Honeywell wifi thermostat. He called ahead as promised and was right on time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and shared a lot of information on our system and how to maintain it. He is up to date on the newest technology and got the installation done with no problems.

Action was very helpful and responsive to my initial inquiry about this installation. The wait time to schedule the install was very short which is typical for Action. The people are alll friendly and helpful.
