American Heating was so professional. We were totally happy with every step of the process from the estimate to the installation. The installers were very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.
We had a Heil furnace that lasted over 30 years so we had confidence in that brand. We are extremely happy with our new Heil furnace and air conditioner from American Heating and would highly recommend them!

Fixed leaking humidifier by blowing out pvc drain. Tighten water supply packing. Adjusted water supply to humidifier. Repaired gas leak at the water heater gas supply shut off. I have Roger come out every year to maintain my furnace and air conditioning systems. He’s great and so is Marilyn in the office. Excellent customer service and professional service. Great company and employees!

This group knows what they are doing and was very responsive. The installers were professional and took the time to make sure I understood the many options on my new thermostat.

Had an issue over the weekend with furnace--kept quitting on a chilly fall weekend. Reached Marilyn on following Monday morning before 7 AM -- she answered on her mobile phone as she was commuting to work. She had Roger dispatched to our place by 10:30 AM and all was diagnosed/fixed before 11:30 AM the same day.

American did the original installation on both our furnace and A/C as part of major remodeling job in 2008. We've used them for routine semiannual maintenance ever since. Marilyn and the American Team have always been timely, courteous and professional in their service. Highly recommend.

Roger took the time to explain what was happening with my furnace. He was also kind enough to answer a handful of questions I had and provided some recommendations. I will call them again for future HVAC needs.
