Johnstone is hands down my favorite supplier in Green Bay. They put on great learning events for the service technicians in the area. also have competitive pricing on tools even comparable to Amazon on some things. Chad at the counter is one of my favorite employees here. Every time I call to order a part he has such a great attitude towards everything. Also was willing to stay a few minutes past closing time to help out one of our customers. Which not only makes us look great but also Johnstone. Thanks Chad.

Brent, I know that they are a wholesaler and will only sell to heating contractors and not the public. So that may be part of the problem. I also know that you can call a contractor and buy the part from them if you want to save a little money and install it yourself.
