Highly recommend! I was recommended this company through a third party this past summer and the services they provided were amazing. I recently came across a minor problem (not changing filters) and my heat was blowing cool air; called Affordable Heating and within a brief conversation, the representative knew the problem and scheduled someone SAME DAY to take care of the problem. Problem resolved and I promise to be more cautious as they continue to provide remarkable service to others. Thank you, Affordable Heating!

Very professional and great service. I had a complete overhaul of my heating converting from oil to gas and a new air conditioning install as well. Everything was top quality work. They showed up on time and completed the entire project install in one day. Everything looks and works perfectly, and they left my basement cleaner than it was before they got there.
I had 3 other companies give an estimate. Affordable Heating and Air showed up on time for the estimate and they explained everything and told me why they would change and fix some of the duct work. THEY ALSO WERE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD REMOVE MY EXISTING OIL TANK. The other 3 companies wanted more money, didn't want to address some of the duct work and would not remove the existing oil tank. Bottom Line Affordable heating and cooling did everything for less money and their work was quality. This is by far the best heating and air company in the Milwaukee area. So save yourself some money and headaches and have them take care of your heating and air-conditioning.

We had both our furnace and AC replaced, plus had a new filter cabinet installed and the supply plenum rebuilt from scratch. Matt and his team really took pride in their work and went above and beyond to fix decades old problems such as two old AC drain pipes sticking out of the siding and replacing a flexible air return with a sheet metal one in a better location. When the new equipment needed an adjustment from factory defaults a day later, they quickly sent out someone to remedy the problem. I had gotten several quotes from other companies, and though Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning wasn’t the cheapest, they were the most comprehensive and provided a quote that clearly outlined every single they were recommending and explained why they recommended it (for example, a new furnace wouldn’t last long with the poorly fitted filter cabinet we had on our old furnace). With the quality of work and equipment (both units are Bryants) I feel like I got exactly what I paid for and was expecting. Would definitely recommend them.

Chris took extra time to answer any questions we had and showed us how to operate the new thermostat . We felt so at ease with the friendly staff. This company goes the extra mile. Before switching to Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning we used a different company from Oak Creek who advertises "True 24" hour service. We eventually found out that this company was a high pressure sales company when you have no heat. It was like they felt they had you at their mercy. They would greatly inflate their repair prices to instead push you into a new furnace. When I told my neighbor about what happened they recommended Affordable Heating in Cudahy. The service technician was polite, knowledgeable and let us make our own decision to repair or replace. The repair estimate was 1/3 of the other company and the replacement was $1450.00 less. We did choose to replace since the new equipment carried a 10 year warranty vs a 1 year warranty on repairs. We couldn't be happier with our new equipment and Affordable Heating.

Great experience. My wife and I are on a tight budget and got what we thought was a reasonable quote from a small town HVAC guy, then had Todd with Affordable quote us and he came in significantly cheaper! Was very responsive and installed quickly. The field technicians were mindful of all the things we had in the basement around the old furnace. Will definitely be suggesting to others.

Fantastic experience. Affordable sent out a crew of 5 to remove old gravity furnace, install new furnace, duct work and AC unit. They worked straight from 8:00-3:00. Never took a break. Very professional. Very polite. Would use them again and recommend them to ANYONE. Hardest working guys I’ve ever seen. If you need the work done call Affordable Heating. Even if they cost you more than the other guy they are more than worth it and you’ll be happy you did. Don’t be penny wise and pound foolish!

We had the best experience with affordable heating. They were so respectful they were on time they were very informative. They got the job done fast and we will always contact them if we ever have any issues with our heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend them. We will always welcome them in our home. They went above and beyond to make sure we were set up properly.

Started out with a visit and recommended equipment for my needs, home and our area. Recieved the quote in a timely manner. Communication remained open and clear from the quote to the finish of the installation. If descisions needed to be made during install, i could either ask what the pro recommended or give my opinion prior to that piece being done, I elected to trust the pro (I may be biased being in the trades myself when it comes to listening to an expert in their field). The crew was effecient, professional, knowledgeable, and tidy. The work was so clean and well done. I have no regrets selecting Affordable. You get what you pay for and maybe a little more here.
