I can’t say enough about how awesome this company is. They helped us get our furnace working with same day service. They even went back and fixed things on our furnace that had been done incorrectly in the past by other vendors. I will never use another company again for our HVAC needs. Saying thank you isn’t enough, you are amazing!!!!

Called for emergency service at midnight..we have been customers of theirs previously... was told that a tech would call and come out. Called back two hours later and they said they would not come out, but didnt even bother to call us!
** I did speak to the owner this morning as she asked me to take down this review. The only reason they found out about this issue at 7am was because I called back to complain. I found out that they use 3rd parties to handle the after hour calls..and the owner doesn't feel that a contractor that they hire to represent them..should represent them when it doesnt work out. I called Affordable for an emergency, someone answered as Affordable and I was told that someone would be coming out, I waited and called back and was told I was on my own...so I guess just know it that if you call for an emergency ..they may or may not come to help you.. and yes my heat has never gone out before but we have chosen to go with their company whenever we needed help.. but I guess that doesnt make me a good enough customer? wow! THANKS FOR THE REPLY KATHY.. made me a loyal Roth Heating Co customer. Roth came out and fixed our problem on time.. they did what they said they would do. *ALSO please note I was going to take this review down as you kept asking this morning and then called back to ask again, but your response trying to state I wasnt fair or "customer enough" is the reason why it is staying up.

I was pleasantly surprised with how professional and kind the gentlemen was that came to service my A/C unit. He only did what I asked him, didn't try to pressure me in obtaining a new A/C (even though I know I need one), he even answered all my questions. I do recommend them, and would/will call them in the future if need be.

Very professional company. Install new heating system in reasonable time. Servicemen very experienced, explains everything so you can understand what's going on. Clean up behind themselves when job is done. I would surely recommend Affordable heating to others, you would not go wrong. Very satisfied customers.

Matt went out of his way to repair our AC. He was professional, courteous and an all around nice guy. He is a credit to your company.

Good price and great service. Also the guys installing the new HVAC were very polite, hard working and explained how the new system worked. I would use them again.
