My experience with Brookfield Heating and Cooling was very positive. The technicians were on time, professional, clean and were able to diagnose and repair the boiler in a reasonable amount of time. Great job!

We've used other HVACs in the area and I'm thankful for finding Brookfield Heating & Cooling! Our furnace went out on a Saturday evening around 8:00 PM, and my wife called and left voicemails for at least 4 other companies. Jeff (the owner) was the only person to call us back that night and he called within 10 minutes, and he was onsite within 20 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely host and fair! I would strongly recommend Brookfield Heating and Cooling!

The prices were very reasonable and the technician was very respectful to our house and family. He removed his shoes when stepping on the carpet and was very quiet, knowing that we had a sleeping baby. He was honest and let me know exactly what he was working on. Best of all, he was right on time for the appointment so there was no waiting for him to get here.

Jeff saved the day. Our furnace went out in single digit weather with a three week old newborn. Donavan Jorgenson pitched a new furnace and quoted expensive parts on Saturday morning. They weren’t able to fix the issue and we had to relocate our family to the in laws for the weekend. Brookfield Heating and Cooling came in Monday morning and fixed the issue within 2 hours and half the price. Highly recommend using Brookfield Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs.

This company is great, Russ the Service tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He explained everything to me and answer my questions with honesty and sincerity and was just a overall great guy. Our property management company, which has several hundred apartment, has been working with Brookfield Heating for well over a year and has never been disappointed. The staff has always been prompt, courteous and professional to our company and our tenants (even when the tenants are difficult). Over the years we have dealt with several HVAC companies in the Milwaukee area and none of them compare to Brookfield Heating. Prices are always within reason and affordable.
