Truly great experience with Brookfield Heating & Cooling. It's always an emergency when AC or furnace goes out. The repair process for our AC was fast, complete, and very affordable. Can't thank these guys enough for being so professional and also for explaining exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Five stars. Will be calling them again in the future for maintenance or repair.

I called Jeff Wednesday morning and he was at my house by 1pm that day. I relied on google reviews and the website in order to figure out who I wanted to use and I am glad I went with him. He was respectful, quick, fair and honest. He and his son had my A/C unit working in about 30 minutes. I am not familiar with A/C repair costs, but it definitely seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend his business and would absolutely call him again for repairs and/or maintenance. Don't hesitate to call Brookfield Heating & Cooling.

From start to finish, this experience was exceptional! The owner himself came out to provide an estimate. He took the time to listen to our needs, and explain everything involved. Brookfield Heating & Cooling deserves the 5 star rating. We called them looking for service due to our furnace not blowing any air let alone warm air. I was told they could have someone here within the hour.

Jeff arrived on time and was courteous. Worked on the furnace for 20 minutes and came to explain the problem to me. Since it was after business hours, he couldn't provide a permanent solution due to needing a specific part. He got the furnace back up and running through a temporary fix so we would have heat for the rest of the evening. He returned the next morning to install the new part.

Pricing was up front and honest. I would highly recommend this company!

I am giving Brookfield Heating and Cooling a five star rating simply because Google Reviews do not provide 6 stars. Jeff is very knowledgeable in HVAC installation and repair. Once he arrives, he gets right to work, and will tell you step by step what the issue is and what needs to be done. He takes pride in his work and provides excellent customer service. Very highly recommended.

We were having issues with our central air, so we reach out to Jeff. He was able to see us the next day, and within a couple hours he had us going again.

A lot of the time you meet people who are all about the up charge. This is NOT the case with Jeff. He provided us with exactly what we needed at a very reasonable cost.

If you are in need of heating and cooling services this is the first place you should call.
