Jeff and his team were EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and punctual. My husband and I needed both our heating and cooling units serviced before the sale of our house, and the Brookfield Heating & Cooling team was highly accessible and responsive to all of our requests and needs throughout each of our interactions. Their services of our AC units and furnaces were thoroughly and informative. I had an extremely positive experience with them both in person and via phone/email. Highly recommend!

Amazing personable service from beginning to end. The first gentleman that came out provided clear information and even took the time to educate me (first time home owner). I ended up needing a new furnace and modifications. All of this was explained to me and even shown to me by the tech. I appreciated the service so much, I requested the company for the installation. Jeff kept in contact throughout the process of getting a new furnace. The techs that came on installation day were kind, courteous, efficient and provided lots of information. Once they were done, they showed me around my new furnace and then tidied up and wished my a good day.

After such a great experience, this company simply has earned a customer for life. Highly recommend.

Our air conditioner stopped working and I called Jeff. He came over that night. He quoted me a very fair price and also gave my A/C a "fix" until he was able to install, which was only two days from when I signed the contract. I would highly recommend Brookfield Heating & Cooling.

My water heater went. Nothing but cold water. Jeff was very quick and quoted me a very fair price. He was able to install the new water heater the very next afternoon. Brookfield Heating & Cooling is EXCELLENT!!!

Jeff was Excellent and provided quick service. We lost our heat in the middle of the night and he responded to our voicemail at 7:30 AM. He Diagnosed the problem with expertise and offered us choices. No need to ask him to put on shoe coverings. Jeff was Kind, professional, and very knowledgable. I thought everything they did today was great. Fair pricing, competent service, Jeff was great. My only issue is that it took 5 days for them to come and we had no heat! The unit was under warranty (parts only) I feel that is too long to wait for service call when it was very cold the last few days.

Great service! I ran into a furnace problem (non-emergency) on a Saturday night, they called me back on Sunday to make an appointment and Jeff had all my problems solved by 10AM on Monday. Jeff also had some good recommendations for my old equipment and told me what to pay attention to. Don’t hesitate to call!

They installed two new A/C units for us at our rental property. Very professional, friendly and affordable. We obtained multiple quotes and not only were they the most reasonable, they offered higher quality options. They were able to quote and install what we needed right away, and left the place clean when they were finished. : )

Great company to work with. Our AC was not blowing cold air. Tech came out, ahead of schedule. Couldn’t repair it right away since it was iced over. Scheduled a tech to come back the next morning.

Tech came out and recharged the system. Working great now.

No pressure to replace the unit, but we obviously have a leak so will need to.

We hired Jeff for a new AC unit installation that we moved to a different side of our house, and called him back when our furnace stopped working. We feel Jeff runs a trustworthy small business that is prompt, reliable, friendly, and fair!
