Wow! That sums up their service in one word. I got referred to Brookfield Heating and Cooling LLC by my home warranty company after a not so good experience with another provider they set. Once the owner Jeff came to my home he found multiple issues that were not found by the other technician. Jeff was able to walk me through my system showing me what was good and what was not so good. He was also able to offer me a complete replacement package to my current heating and cooling system that was dying at a great price. Once I agree'd to a replacement, he had other technician's over in about a week and they were in and out in about 6 hours and I was left with a brand new system. The best part was I could not even tell they had been to my house when they left. They cleaned up the all the dust and debris from installing they system and I might even say it was cleaner than when they arrived!

Very professional service as we just got a new heating and cooling system. They use American Standard furnaces and air conditioners which are very highly rated (top 2 or 3) by Consumer Reports. So their prices are higher then installers using lower rated brand but it is worth it.

First, the service was fine, and I had no problems with the tech that came out. The capacitor was faulty on my unit; however, I’m not usually one to fix electrical stuff. After reading all the reviews, I assumed they would be reasonable on prices and service. The gentleman switched out my capacitor relatively quick. After researching and seeing every single store listing capacitors for 13-50 dollars, with multiple sites that list the same capacitor for $15-25, I assumed they would charge around that price or maybe a little more for the capacitor. To my shock, they charged $256 for this very cheap part. I was going out of town and needed it fixed then, so I agreed to just pay that price. I understand inflation and charging more because it’s a business, but the company has no excuse to up-charge a simple cheap part that much. They may do good work but if using them, be very cautious on how much they charge for parts. I will be needing to replace my unit likely in the next few years, and I plan to go elsewhere.

Great company with great people. Sarah and Jeff are hands down some of the kindest and most responsive people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Very competitively priced, great options, and easy quoting walk through. Day of install they put down tarps to protect flooring, worked quick, and the whole crew was incredibly polite, efficient, and worked around our kids nap schedule to manage noise which was above and beyond. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I have had many HVAC companies in my home unsure of what to do to solve years of no heat. Brookfield Heating diagnosed the situation immediately, provided pricing within hours and I had a new furnace installed within a week. My house has heat finally. This shouldn't be so special but it truly is. I would recommend them over and over! Jeff, Jeff and John were fantastic!

What a great experience dealing with Brookfield Heating and Cooling. They were professional, on time, and meticulous in their installation. Jeff made a great first impression on us when he gave us an estimate. He provided excellent service, great price and did not try to sell you anything that you didn’t want or need. He answered all our questions and then some. We were not disappointed when the installers came. The team was on time, courteous, professional with an exceptional level of detail in their work, just what we were looking for. The installers worked for 12 hours on a hot a muggy day. They were as professional at 8:30 am as they were when they left at 8:30 pm. They cleaned all the dust and hauled away the old furnace, you wouldn’t even know they were here. Sarah was very friendly and accommodating for scheduling and payment. I can’t remember a company that was so easy to deal with from the moment we called them until completion of a project. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Brookfield Heating and Cooling LLC was the best service and attention I've received in any kind of repair over 20 years. I needed an appointment and making it was very easy with Sarah. Sarah assigned Jeff to the job and he was prompt, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and, most of all, determined to complete a difficult job even though it took three return trips to do so. I appreciated his willingness to come at times that were convenient for me and my schedule. There would be no hesitation in calling Brookfield Heating and Cooling LLC when the next need arises. They aim to please and do not disappoint!

Our furnace went bad, blowing only cool air instead of heat. I called Brookfield Heating & Cooling. Jeff came to our house on the same day and on time as promised. He confirmed that the second heat exchanger was bad. He offered to give us 2 quotes, one to replace the heat exchanger (but may not be worth it due to price)
and one for a new furnace. I told him that I'd call him back to let him know my decision because we were waiting for another company to come out giving us another quote. He was honest, understanding and no pushy or pressure. Before he left, he even advised me to get a fan to blow at the furnace, turn down the gas about 50% and showed me to reset the furnace so it could temporarily keep the house warm for a few days, reset it again if it blew cool air. Besides the reasonable price, Jeff's honesty and professionalism are the keys for us to decide going with Brookfield Heating & Cooling. The installation crews were also very professional. They showed up on time and courteous, cleaned up after the installation of the new furnace and explained everything. I'd highly recommend their service to anyone. Brookfield heating and cooling is an excellent company to work with. From scheduling an estimate, and working with Jeff and Sarah prior to install, all the way to finished install, I am really impressed by the quality of service.The techs were very professional, and curtious, the install was very clean, and the units themselves look great. All wiring and tubing was ran, and tied meticulously. They left absolutely nothing behind, and left the area cleaner than when they showed up. I couldn't recommend them more, and I will absolutely use them for any needs I have in the future.

5/21 Second year of seasonal checkup of furnace and AC. This company never disappoints. I received a reminder text yesterday, a text and a phone call from the tech when he was within 30 min of arrival. The tech, Javier, was professional, courteous and thorough. Very pleased and set for another year!

4/19. Excellent service for a complete HVAC replacement. From the initial contact with Jeff for an estimate, through the completed installation by Dan and his assistant, the team was courteous, professional and on time. The attention detail during the install was impressive. Could not be happier with this company.
