Luke did such an amazing job with my furnace. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained a little bit about the heating system and how it functioned. Luke came over to give me a free estimate on some air flow concerns I had. After discussing my capabilities and the relatively simple remedies, we determined I could easily do the modifications myself. Luke was awesome. I had called around looking for a fan motor and Luke was the only one in the valley willing to listen and sell me the part. I am a tech savy guy, had done the trouble shooting and identified what I needed. Within 3 hours Luke had located the part for me and told me I could come get it or he could deliver it. It didn't stop there, once I received the part I had a few questions (I know tech savy guy that had questions) and Luke was very responsive. Had the 3rd Gospel company come out to tune up our A/C. Something happened and the motor went out while testing and because this happened, they replaced our motor at no additional cost. Very honest, up front and would definitely recommend to anyone.
