Lucas Tri-State Htg & Cooling

I have been relying on Lucas for years for my heating and cooling needs and they have never failed me. They are quick to respond, almost always the same day, and their repair and maintenance people are nice and professional. Scott is the best. Teresa in the office is the sweetest and so efficient. I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else!

They called me yesterday said tech would be at my house first thing this morning. After 12:00 I hadn't seen anyone. I called the lady said she didn't tell me that. I said u called them u was suppose to check the price for me. Then she said she couldn't find the part I needed. She had no model or serial number for my furnace. I called 1 place and found the part.if I could gove a 0 I would.

Called in at 9am was here by 1030 fast and efficient 5 stars

Excellent service...came on a saturday night for broken furnace. Parts ordered and furnace repaired by Wednesday. Would highly recommend
