The Team from Adams Heating & Air Conditioning did an awesome job from explaining all the options to completing the install. They followed up with a different person re-checking the job to make sure all was operating as it should a couple days later. The team knew what they were doing and were courteous and professional. We would recommend you give them a look if you are in need of their service.

Very bad service. They installed our ac and there was a problem with it. We have to keep calling them to send the technician and it’s not even resolved after that.

This is not the first time Adams Heating & Air Conditioning has been to our home, Henry always provides his professional knowledge of A/C and heating systems to us and is always courteous. Had Adams Heating & Air Conditioning come over to install an AC and they did a very professional job, left everything very clean and explained everything to us. Their technician even came out a couple months after install to check everything out and to answer any question that we may have on units! Had him service our units for years before we needed new ones and we will continue to use them for our maintenance needs always fair prices and great service.

An Adams technician came to our house to inspect a faulty furnace. He was here for about 10 minutes, told us we needed a new thermostat. We installed a few new ones with no success. Called Adams back who told us to contact an electrician to help set up the thermostat. We had another HVAC company out the next day who found a faulty condensation pump and repaired it.

I'll give them 2 stars for being available same day, but wasn't thrilled at paying $100 for a 10-minute consult leading to multiple trips to Home Depot and ultimately needing another HVAC company to come out and diagnose the problem.

They were extremely professional. The issue was not technically with the system but a lack of insulation. Rather than charging me hundreds of dollars to force a fix on it myself, they recommended I inexpensively get some insulation to help supplement. I highly recommend them.

An excellent experience! Our AC wasn't working properly and Mike came out and inspected it. He figured out what was wrong right away. He was very helpful and explained how to prevent further issues. He was very professional. Fully recommended!
