Had United Water & Air LLC installed an in home water softener. Had issue with outside garden hose bib all being soft water but a follow up phone call from the sale representative helped me understand the issue. Ecowater is the best of the best of product, the company’s plumbers were excellent, helpful and went above and beyond in doing good work. Sale representative very accountable and easy to work with. My new water softener was not using any salt so I called United Water Service and they quickly sent out a repair tech (Joe Bryden). Really nice guy! took his time explained what he was doing, and when we hit an odd response hooking the water softener to my network, worked the problem with vender helpline and got it working. Very satisfied.

I bought a reverse osomosis water unit through Costco. The installation was done by their third party.

That third party is no longer the company of choice at Costco but the same excellent personnel who installed it, have moved on to United Water & Air.

Good service and reliable - though there was one unfortunate, last-minute cancellation and rescheduling. In general, the company is on-time and trustworthy.

This is NOT a cheap solution. But the water is delicious and this really is a very high end unit with minimal costs even including occasional replacement of one of the three filters.

I live quite near the source of the highly chlorinated Longview drinking water source. The closer you are the more chlorine. The water from the tap stinks, has made my washer, dryer (the dryer more so than the washer for some reason; both stink) and dishwasher, stink of chlorine. I'm warned by long-term Longview residents, I'll have to replace my appliances.

Currently, I only have the drinking water solution, not a much more costly solution that would provide the same quality water for bathing.

I firmly recommend United Water & Air.

EcoWater (water softener) annual service. Technician identified a problem with the hose that expels water during recharge, and was able to fix it. This problem caused water to be dumped in the garage floor instead of outside the house. Thanks for figuring this out.

If clean drinking water is important to you, hire this company you won't be disappointed. Don't waist your money on second rate because they are cheaper, it will cost you way more than if you do it right the first time..
