Ej's Ideal Heating & Cooling

I was very impressed with Ej's Heating & Cooling, he did exactly what he said he would do in the amount of time he said he would do it. The workers were respectful and clean. They answered all of my questions and always made sure that I understood what they would be doing. In the end the job ended up costing Just what they said it would and the result is that we have a new unit that is quieter and much more efficient than the previous one. I would definitely recommend Ej's they are professional and knowledgeable; it's obvious Esteban has a lot of experience in this field.

We had a problem with our heater, it was making noises, the motor had shut off, leaving us without any heating. We had then gotten in contact with Esteban, who was responsive to our need. Once we had scheduled an appointment, he showed up on time, and was able to figure out what our heating system needed. In our case, we had to order a new motor, though, thankfully it did not take long. As soon as he had the necessary items he called us up to schedule a time so that he could install the new motor. It was resolved in a timely matter. We highly recommend EJ’s Ideal Heating & Cooling services. As well, living in a bilingual household, I appreciated that he spoke Spanish, that way we were able to understand the process and found the price reasonable.

Estaba haciendo ruidos y ya no trabajo el motor. En eso nos pusimos en contacto con Esteban, quien respondió a nuestra necesidad. En cuanto hicimos la cita para que revisara nuestra calefacción, encontró el problema y la resolución. En nuestro caso se tuvo que ordenar un nuevo motor, pero en cuanto el lo recibió, nos contacto de inmediato para hacer una sita para la instalación del nuevo motor. Y lo que nos gusto mas es que se habla español, así podemos comprender el procedimiento y el precio fue razonable.
