We had a great experience start to finish with Resicon! Jason and Teri were responsive, professional and very helpful in getting us set up for our install. They were able to get us in quickly after our bid.

Our onsite team, Tyler and Kevin, and Young and Joana were fantastic. All very professional and explained all the equipment and electrical in detail. They cleaned up any mess that was made and were quick and efficient.

These people are THE BEST I have worked with re: construction related work. They did not overcharge, they were responsive and absolute professionals. Travis my electrician was the best, he knew his "stuff" and was a pleasure to talk with. Rachel answered the phone at 7:30 am with a smile in her voice and was so pleasant. Teri was equally professional, got me a same day apt due to the fire hazard I had brewing and she took such good care of me. Resicon installed a ductless heat pump and A/C system in early June when the weather was cool. The heat works beautifully, quietly and efficiently heats my space quickly, especially compared with my old, inefficient and loud wall heater. We have since had some very hot days and the system again worked quickly and efficiently to keep my home cool. The installers were thorough, efficient, and friendly. I am thrilled with my new system.

I had a really good experience with Resicon. We replaced our 20 year old furnace with a Hyper-Heat system. Between the material shortage, the labor shortage, more extreme temperatures every year—it was harder than I expected to find a company for this work. I got a few quotes where it took companies a few months to come out just to price the work. We signed up with one company and then had to wait a few more months until the install. The week before, they said it would be 4 more months because of supply shortages.

Anyway, we canceled that and reached out to Resicon. They had someone out within a few days for a quote. The prices were reasonable. They could start in a few weeks. The guys that did the job were great, everything was on time, the system works great, communication with their office was clear. Super happy with the team!

They did an excellent job evaluating my current system. My thermostat had gone down and when I called the original company who installed it, they said there are no other options and they would have to pay a fortune. The technician Tyler, so that I could go with the more expensive thermostat but if they were other alternatives they would work just as well. He ended up saving me a lot of money and then an exceptional job on the installation while also explaining the process. I would highly recommend their services!

Jason from Resicon, LLC arrived promptly at 8:00 AM at our Seattle home despite traveling all the way here from Tacoma. Resicon had installed our Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system six years ago, but we had not followed through with regular maintenance checks and we knew that service was well past due. Jason was thorough and professional and explained in clear detail just what needed to be done to keep our system working smoothly. He carefully showed me the amount of dirt that had collected over the years in the blower system of the various unit heads and why that was reducing the efficiency. As such, we are happy to proceed with a full cleaning of each unit head in the house to help improve and maintain our investment in the heat pump system. Jason also was meticulous in his cleaning of every filter and his inspection of the outdoor compressor unit. It is a comfort to know that we have this company to rely on for all our HVAC servicing needs, and this system was certainly a life saver for us during the brutally hot summer months.

Quick, flexible, tidy, personable... the crew of Bryan and Dave for HVAC and Anthony and Will for electrical did a very nice job installing our new heat pump and removing our old gas heater. Very impressed.

I was impressed with each member of their team then...from the receptionist/scheduler (Vielka, Baylee and Craig) to the installers, Josh and Robbie, "perfectionists" (a plus) to the electrician, Young, and finally to even the handyman, Ryan, who came to do a final touch up to a wall that had been taken apart near the electrical box. Wow! Impressive workmanship.

Two years later, I am again impressed by their response to my queries about ongoing maintenance for a unit that I have enjoyed.
