Chandler Heating and Cooling

I believe this company did work that requires a permit at my property with out a permit. I've tried to call them literally nearly 20 times over the past month and gotten zero information from them. I don't believe this is a reputable company.

Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional when they answered the phones. Will not give estimate on what they charge for an annual furnace servicing over the phone…. I don’t know why you would chose to use them if you have to play roulette to get the price of a service. Who would take that chance. People want to know what your pricing is before hand. Just a little food for thought.

Hillary and his partner were hard working and very respectful of our home. Reliable, professional and affordable. What more could you ask for. My specialist arrived during the window quoted. He was professional and detailed. After completing my AC check, he gave me an overview and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Chandler Heating and Cooling again in the future!!
