I had an inverter fail that was installed by the now defunct Offset Solar. I contact Northwest Renewables for support and was told someone would get back to me shortly. After waiting a week with no response, I called again and was put in touch with a project manager. I provided him the information he would need to check on my system and get parts on order under warranty from SolarEdge. After almost two more weeks with no response to my emails and phone messages, I contacted PCI Renewables. Within just a few hours they had my issue diagnosed remotely and parts ordered under warranty.

I finally heard from Northwest Renewables and was told they couldn't help me for at least two months.

I lost three weeks of production in a very sunny July because Northwest Renewables failed to communicate to me that they wouldn't/couldn't help me. Between Offset Solar and Northwest Renewables, it seems that the solar industry in Spokane is extremely flaky.

I had a great experience with the team. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. Grant was on top of all the project details. Jacob did a great job with the electrical component and helping us trouble shoot any problems we had. The team was excellent and professional.

NW Renewables is a very responsive company for any solar or back up power needs. Technician was running a bit late, but called and said he would be there in 30 min. I like that. He showed up when he said he would. They had great recommendations and additions to think about. I would highly recommend them.

Grant was very knowledgeable and totally honest about how we could take advantage of solar power. There was no attempt to upsell or use vague answers to sell solar. He was great.

No qualms in highly recommending NW Renewables. The team was professional, knowledgable, courteous and efficient, in both the design and in the installation phases of our roof top grid tied solar system. The cost was competitive and overall excellent value.

We got three bids. The bids were somewhat all over the map, but NR's made the most sense and was best in the price range. Grant Neely explained everything very well, and he was patient with folks like us who really didn't know much about how solar energy fit with our existing system. We are very appreciative of the work this company does and give it the highest rating.

Very informative but way too pushy. I had a off grid system stolen and needed a quote for insurance. They said to get a quote was 3 weeks out? The solar powered our fresh water on our acreage and we just needed a quote. I was pushed numerous times to look into a grid tie system. Dont think these guys wont push their oppions on people just to sell a prouct. I had Off grid with no power bill, yet they insisted a grid tie that could pay for itself in possibly 8 years. 12kw system for around 35k. No thanks

Whole experience from quoting to completion was great with NWR. Grant the PM was always timely with communication and project was completed on time as scheduled. Would definitely recommend!
