Andrews Mechanical Inc - open 24/7 for Emergency Service

I called Andrews Mechanical Thursday morning 3/18 as my hot water tank died on my Wednesday night. They promised me same-day service. Later in the afternoon, when I called for an update on the time they would be at my home, I was told they encountered a problem with the service before mine. And they asked if I could reschedule for the next day. After letting them know I had surgery the next day and I would like to take a hot shower before surgery, they were amazing and made sure their tech would be there that day. The office called me several times to keep me updated. The hot water tank was installed that day (even after they had to make special arrangements to keep me on the schedule). I have never been more happy with a service as I am with this company. Being a homeowner of an older home, I have made several appointments with service providers, and I need to say, Andrew Mechanical, Inc. ranks at the top for service and product.

I have used Andrew's Mechanical for over 20 years. They are always on time and do very thorough maintenance on my a/c, heating and water tank. Annual maintenance is very important to extending the life of my equipment. Thanks -- great maintenance

I asked and received a verbal bid from the owner of the company, Larry Andrews who visited the job site personally.
"Two plumbers one and half days $175/hr that's $2,100.00" what a snake! He billed over $5000.00
August 28, 2020, invoice of $2,024.06;
October 6, 2020, invoice of $220.52;
October 14, 2020, invoice of $1,785.15;
October 23, 2020, invoice of $3,522.52 (this invoice revises, modifies and takes the place of the invoice from August 28, 2020).
Larry Andrews actually revised, modified the invoice from August 28, after I complained.

These people will take advantage of you, do not go here. They don’t know what they’re doing and are bullies. I hired them on a recommendation of a friend, not only did they not do the job right, they refused to come back and fix it free of charge. Proceeded to bully and harass me over the phone and also threaten to take me to court if I didn’t pay them. They will lie through their teeth, do not believe a word they say and do not give them your business
