my aunt is retired teacher on a fixed income raising her grandson these people came out with the promise of fixing our heat pump however they neglected to reinstall the liquid and heat pump burned up and they refused to honor their business they were karate their company needs to be reviewed I'm sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau and the worst part is ithey are still requiring her to pay on the install that they messed up because they trying to mess up your credit if he doesn't make the payments
