Don and Tom were prompt , efficient, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to work with. They had the old furnace out and a new one installed and working in 3 short hours.

Service staff was very professional and was able to determine issue with furnance (replaced switch/valve). He also advised we look into a new furnance given that ours is 20 years old (typical lifespan is 15 years).

The technician that came to my house did an amazing job! He was professional, quick and efficient. He talked me through all the potential things that could be causing my furnace to leak. He checked them all until he was able to find the problem and fix it! I called multiple repair places during a heat wave and they were able to come out to my house the very next day where other companies were a week out.

Have used Olson for a few years. Our se4vice tech is aways on time and does quality work. Answers any question I may have and he's thorough.

Came out same day, on a very busy day during a record cold event, and diagnosed the problem with the furnace and got it working. Olson installed this furnace and it has been very reliable.

I have to commend Olson Energy. I had an appointment that didn't go well, and they made it right. The technician didn't know how to re-light the pilot light, which wasn't necessarily his fault - it's a very old model of furnace. Still, I paid a minimum service fee for a wasted service. Another company fixed it within 15 minutes. The Olson tech should have admitted he didn't know how to light it. I called up Olson and talked with someone who agreed to refund me the charge. The check arrived within a week.
