Olson Energy Service

The service technicians from Olson Energy Service have kept our old furnace functioning far longer than probably was initially possible. We have them come every year, clean and service the old beast, and keep it going. Twice we have had new thermostats installed. All work is timely, professional, and reasonable. I highly recommend. We hired them to install a heat pump recently. The service was excellent, fast, and thorough. Small company. Very responsive.

Olson installed my gas furnace years ago and have done the annual maintenance since. After replacing a faulty blower fan with the first few months under warrantee (i.e. no added expense to me) there have been no problems. Nice.

Came out very quickly when I had an issue with my AC (within 3 hours). The fix was minimal so we weren't charged a service fee due to the scope of the fix. Really appreciated that level of customer service and approach and gained a lot of trust in the process.
