Really great service! They came out straight away, repaired my unit, and gave advice on maintenance. Will definitely have them out to service my AC and furnace.

They installed our system, the heatpump would freeze up until it stopped working. Faisal blamed the nest, said I had to call nest and have them change Temps on the nest thermostat. Hundreds of dollars paying them to fix the problem they didn't fix, I had to call pacific heating and air, they fixed the problem in minutes $120. Never again, buyer beware

All Hi Tech Heating and Air conditioning installed Heat pump for me about 10 years ago and they come once a year for regular maintenance. The system has been running very well so far. I was extremely satisfied with their service. I would strongly recommend this company.

They don't offer air duct cleaning now so I could only get maintenance done. Technician also arrived over an hour late.
