As the head of the Facilities Department at Trinity Lutheran Church and Schools, I've had the pleasure to work with Morgan Mechanical on several occasions. Their attention to detail is amazing. They have assembled a great team, starting with real humans that answer your phone calls, to the team that I've personally worked with over the past 3 years: John, Lena, and most importantly the service techs - Matt and Randy - are absolutely top notch. They are prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and they can make repairs or replacement in a short period of time. Morgan's pricing is fantastic, and most importantly, you are never "over-sold." This company is respectable, and I would recommend them as a first choice for any facility that needs expert care and attention.

It's no fun being without heat on a cold day. Morgan Mechanical was very responsive to my call. The repairman was very confident he'd get the heat pump working in little time and he did. The Morgan technician acted in a professional manor honoring our no shoe policy, answering my questions as they arose, taking time to explain what to expect in the way of maintnenance that I could perform.
Having no prior experience with minisplit systems only whole house heat pumps I was surprised at how little effort the checkup entailed on his part.

Morgan Mechanical delivered! Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, skilled and very professional and pleasant to work with. They replaced my HVAC system in my condo in downtown Seattle, and they provided a reasonable quote. They ensured a schedule worked for both me and the technicians, and they worked well with the Resident Manager on logistics. During the job, they protected my appliances and cleaned the area up afterward! Thanks to Charlie, Jackie, Elisha and Randy for their professionalism and customer-focused service! After reviewing several bids, we selected Morgan Mechanical to modernize our home and convert from oil to a heat pump. Charlie and his team were exceptional from bid to install. When we hit a few bumps in the road Charlie worked tirelessly to remedy and make sure that we were looked after. Everyone from Morgan Mechanical that we interacted with was polite , respectful of our home and clearly cared about the quality of their work. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are excited to be on a heat pump heading in to winter.

We selected Morgan Mechanical to replace our old gas furnace with a forced air heat pump system plus a ductless ceiling cassette unit. Their techs did a great job connecting the new air handler to the existing duct work (with a really well crafted & handy door for filter replacement), installing all the equipment and getting the system up and running. It worked perfectly. The techs were also great about wearing face masks (Covid-19 times) and keeping the interior of our house clean. I highly recommend them.
