They showed up on time. Installers Matt and Dominic were friendly and easy to work with. Everything was finished on time as well, over a two-day schedule. They installed a heat pump with two head units in a difficult location with overlapping roof pitches and a difficult path down through a deck while working around a bay window on the main floor.

After the most recent visit from the AC repair team, they officially fixed the AC issue. I was very pleased with how quickly the team came out every time we need them. The workers were pleasant to have over and were extremely hard workers. My only issue is with the management team never responding after my 2 attempts.

We’ve had maintenance out to our house for the 5th time this month with no resolution to our problem. I’ve called on two separate occasions to speak with a manager/supervisor and both times I was told they would contact me and I still haven’t heard from them.

We paid for a 9,000$ AC system/installation and haven’t even been able to use it. It blows cold air for a day or two but as soon as the temps outside are over 80. It stops working. If you’re planning on installing AC. STAY AWAY. The wait is ridiculous and the installation is even more outrageous. We’ve had leaks, frozen pipes, all of the above since the install at the beginning of this month!

Please do yourself a favor and go with a different company. I would’ve gladly paid the couple thousand more to know that I was having the installation done right.

Upgraded to a new furnace and air conditioning system through Costco Home Services. The MM Comfort System installers, Lamont and Qushawan, did an outstanding job. They were on time, courteous and did a nice job of cleaning up after installation. The furnace and air conditioning units were installed on separate dates due to availability of equipment. A week after I received my estimate, my original furnace died. The folks at MM Comfort Systems moved my furnace installation up to that same week. I really appreciated their rapid response. The new furnace is much nicer than the old furnace and made the holidays really comfortable. I am looking forward to having air conditioning for the first time this summer in my home. It will be a welcome relief from last summer. If you need a new furnace or air conditioning system, call them first.

We just had an excellent experience with the installation of our AC from MM Comfort systems. The two technicians Jose and Alex did an amazing job -highly recommended!

We're delighted with the expert HVAC installation by Mike & Jeremy of MM Comfort Systems. Especially pleased with their suggestions to change locations of outdoor compressor and one indoor unit that work much better than what salesman had advised.

Randy & Clinton were the ones who represented MM Comfort Systems as the installers. They were on time, very polite and friendly and professional in their work. I would highly recommend them if you are planning to install HVAC in your house. I am sure they are equally good at all other services they provide.

We decided to purchase AC for our home this year via Costco. Vince came out to provide us with a quote and walk us through all of the available options we had in terms of where we could locate the unit, what types of units were available, and other recommended products and services. He gave us clear answers to our questions and didn't try to upsell us to something we didn't need - we were thoroughly informed and able to make choices that were best for us.

Sam & Antonio did the install. They were quick and professional and answered all of the questions I had about how to operate the unit, what the status of the work was, etc.

I deducted one star because there was a part that was defective (not their fault) and Sam informed us that the office would reach out to us after they left to schedule someone to come by and replace it. I ended up having to call them after a business day and a half (plus two weekend days) of awaiting further information. I assume they were probably VERY busy but knowing that the inspections were pending had me really anxious.. With that said, this was incredibly minor - just a small point of improvement.

When I connected with Hannah in the office by phone, she was incredibly professional, quickly got a technician out to finish the job, and even took the time to register our unit for us.

Everything has been working flawlessly the last month and kept our house nice and cool, even during the record breaking heat!

The team the installed our electrical panel was quick, knowledgeable and professional. Our installers Tom and Jordan were on time, super clean, friendly, professional and kept us up to date on their progress throughout the day. The end result was amazing clean air in our home. We are very grateful. There was one hiccup with the install that showed how committed they are to doing the job right. There service department was quick to schedule a team to come back out within hours. We are so excited to start this long term relationship with MM Comfort.
