I called at least 4 plumbing firms to get a leak in a hot water line by our hot water tank repaired. All were out at least a week before they could even come by for an estimate, and one quoted $1100 without even diagnosing the issue. Then called Greg at MM and he took immediate interest and FaceTimed me to further diagnose the issue. He gave me an approximate estimate and said he would try to get someone out that afternoon. Josh then did come to do the repair the same day (!) and suffice to say it was so reasonable I was pleasantly surprised, something I’ve never said before about a plumbing repair. I will be calling MM again for any plumbing or electrical needs.

Using MM Comfort Systems to select and install our AC unit was the best experience. From the consultation and estimate with Vince to the installation with Joe & Joseph, everything was seamless. Everyone was so nice, so helpful, responsive--all the things you want when working with a company. We will definitely be using them again when we get a generator or any other services!

MM comfort is definitely one of the top and most popular HVAC contractors in greater Seattle area. I waited a few weeks to get the system installed but worth it! Adam and Marc did a great job making sure the system is installed and working properly. They even helped to install the Nest thermostat that I purchased separately and shown me how to use it.

Our furnace went out one cold weekend and MM sent a tech after hours to get it running again temporarily. By the following Monday they'd gotten a quote together for replacement and helped me understand my options, plus benefits of going through Costco. I decided to get the furnace replaced and add AC at the same time and they had all parts in stock! Which is kind of a miracle with all the supply chain shortages! They got us booked for a week out, which is incredibly fast and helpful since out current furnace was hit and miss. On install day a tech called in sick but they found another crew that same day - Matt and Will - who were wonderful and very professional and did a great job. Happy with the results, new furnace is much quicker to heat and I'm sure the AC will be great in the summer. Thank you MM Comfort Systems!

I needed to replace my decades old electric furnace and MM Comfort Systems came recommended to me by a friend. Getting onto their schedule is a bit of a challenge because there's crazy demand for HVAC services right now. Anyways, once I got past their voicemail being full and after getting bounced around multiple departments things finally started moving forward. My install crew were awesome! Drew and Jason arrived in the morning, explained their process, and got everything done on time! Also shout-out to Brandon, my "comfort consultant," for finding me an earlier install date for us. I won't have to freeze during this week's cold front!

For installation of a Lennox 96%-efficiency furnace, MM Comfort systems well-coordinated permitting, rebates, Costco discounts, and all, resulting in minimal hassle to me. Travin & Zach, the installers who did the on-site work, demonstrated high skills and professionalism. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better.

Had an excellent experience with MM Comfort Systems with a recent a/c and hot water heater installation. The sales rep was professional, informative and answered all my many questions. I never felt rushed and he was not pushy at all. Tyler and Ryan, the installers did a great job and were friendly and informative as well. I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems for any of your future needs.

Used MM comfort systems to replace my old furnace and install air conditioning system as well. Mike and Jeremy who installed my new system were awesome! They made sure I was satisfied with their job before leaving. I will recommend using MM comfort systems if you ever need a new furnace system

Good technician / installation crew. Horrible sales department.

The good:
The installation crew were professional and considerate. They got the wrong installation plan from sales department. Yet the crew didn't complain and suggested makeup plans. The final installation was neat. The lines/pipes are cleanly routed and wrapped. They cleanup & vacuum the floor before leaving. I really don't have much to say here, because everything was done well. (Except the wrong plan, but that's not their fault)

Travin, Manolo, and John, thank you! You guys did a good job and you deserve 5 stars.

The bad:
The sales department is horrible. I finally got my heat pump, 7 months past original schedule. They keep saying no supply/equipment. I know that supply chain is challenging these days, and I'm open to changes of plan. It is okay as long as the change is properly communicated and alternative options are discussed. Fine. This is not entirely their fault, or I can't tell for sure.

The biggest frustration is not the scheduling but the communication. Communication is within their control and is their job, right? The sales representative I worked with, Tristan, replies emails only after at least a MONTH and only with at least 3 emails and calls from me. He said he received my email, but why he doesn't reply? Not even a short message says "working on it". Phone calls are rarely picked up. Voicemail is always full, so I can't even leave him a message. How can a sales rep do a good job without smooth communication with customers? Not to mention the plan changes I have confirmation in email, was not communicated to the installation crew.

I had no choice but leaving negative reviews, and that worked. They called back and scheduled installation within a week. The supply chain suddenly works now, huh?

Maybe the management saw the message and went out of their way to fix the problem. If so, thanks. But my message stays the same: why a customer had to leave negative reviews publicly to escalate the issue to management? and why things can't be done right to begin with? If there was an email every week or two, or the sales proposed plan changes after two months delay. or Tristan can reply emails and fix his voicemail. If they did any of these, then none of the frustration above would happen.

Having AC installed by MM was an amazing experience. There was a fair amount of trouble getting the city to approve the permits (due to no fault from MM) and the company was patient and helped me understand my options as I worked through that process for months. When the install finally happened, the crew was professional, did great work, and explained the process to me when it was over. I'd gladly work with them again.
