Found MM through Costco. Just had a new furnace and AC installed yesterday. From my initial contact with Tristan Brown, then Jenah Barlow, then the AMAZING installers (Clinton & Randy) who had to figure out a creative way to work with existing piping to install the AC unit, to Hannah Hendrick regarding scheduling permits and getting my registration taken care of with Carrier I have received the ultimate in customer service and professionalism. We recently had our furnace replaced by MM Comfort Systems, and they did a fantastic job, from walking us through all the options at the beginning, to communicating about the installation, to the installation itself. Our installers Randall & Clinton were really professional, friendly, and fast! And the whole MM team has been great about keeping us up-to-date on everything we need to do post-installation.

Had a heat pump installed (Mitsubishi) recently and the installation went fine. The two installers Sam and Tony were just great. They were courteous, jolly and answered all my questions. The reason for the three stars is the customer service. Sam explained that although the install was complete, some parts were not on hand and that someone would call me back during the week to schedule that install. No one did. It took me calling more than once to get someone to respond to my inquiry. Even then, they indicated they would do quite within and get back to me. They didn’t. Took two more calls to get info back to schedule the next date for completing the work. I hope I don’t have the same issue when I have a service call in winter time! To me, exceptional customer service is picking up the phone and talking to your client and explaining the situation, not going back and forth in email.
I also strongly believe all sales reps should spend a week with the installers to fully understand what it takes to do an install of all the different systems. In my case, wrong measurements were given to the installers and they didn’t bring enough conduit to complete the work. Poor guy had to drive back from Seattle to Redmond to pickup enough conduit to complete the work. 2 hrs wasted.
Time will tell if the equipment does what it is supposed to and I’ll post an update when I have use of the A/C this summer and when I need heat in the winter. Stand by!
I may upgrade my rating depending on future service from this company!

Loved the experience with MM Comfort Systems. Randall & Clinton were here ahead of time and just went about getting the work done. There was a slight change in plan but they figured out the best way to hook up the AC, walked me through the work at the end of it, answered all my questions patiently, thank you for that.
Post installation Hannah, from MM, took care of registering the products, which doubled the warranty and also helped me schedule the inspections with the city. The city official was also extremely happy with the work, gave a big thumbs up. Thank you all at MM, keep doing the great work.

We ordered our mini-split duct a/c system from Costco, who used MM Comfort Systems as the provider. MM did a great job, especially our two installers, Matt and Alex, along with Jennah and Hannah in the office. thanks.

Plumbing: I contacted MM Comfort after learning they had started a plumbing division, when they were well already well regarded for their HVAC support. I was so pleased to first reach the administrative side and new head, Greg. We had a great conversation about the scope of work, and he got an estimator out right away. The bid was competitive and Kyle, who provided the bid would also do the work, always a plus for me.

Kyle was a great communicator. He maintained that fine balance of explanation without ever hinting at condescension.
Work was scheduled quickly, and Kyle was always on time, respectful of me and my property, and did excellent work. He checked out each day, explaining what the next steps were and what to expect.
I would hire MM Comfort Plumbing services, and welcome Kyle in our home in a moment, and now recommend them to others.

We hired MM Comfort Systems through Costco to install AC unit for our 3000sqft home. One of the representatives came out in September 2021 to give us the quote. The installation happened in end of January 2022.

MM Comfort Systems made the process very easy for us. They got all the permit beforehand and also arranged the electrical inspection for us. All we had to do was schedule the mechanical inspection.

in terms of the actual work they did, it consisted of reworking our furnace as the furnace at our new home didn't have a filter installed. They also moved the vent around the furnace so it wouldn't be a fire hazard (people who installed the furnace previously did a terrible job). They placed the AC unit where we wanted in our backyard and handled all the electricals. Before they left, they also walked us through how to use the new thermostat. They really did a wonderful job!

It's been about a month since the install and we have been very happy! The weather hasn't been warm enough for the AC to kick in, but they did test to make sure that the cool air was coming out after the install by heating up the house, then setting the AC temperature to low. I highly recommend them!

I'd like to split my review into two parts, the actual installation, and the process leading up to it. The day of installation and our techs Randy & Clinton were amazing, very professional, quick, and responsive. Our units work perfectly and the installation was painless.

However, the lead up to installation was a real pain. I had to go back and forth several times with the initial planner because they kept sending docs that had the AC Units in the wrong place and were missing key elements needed for our HOA approval. In general, our representative was non responsive and I had to call customer service several times just to get them to respond to an e-mail. I understand that this is an insanely busy time in Washington for HVAC installation, but this part of the process was a pain through and through.

Overall, the end result is great, so I can't complain too much, but be prepared to have to do some legwork in the lead-up.

We had a large project outfitting several different spaces on our property with heat pumps. MM Comfort did a great job designing a system for us and the installers, Sam, Antonio and Mark were quick, friendly and did a great job. And they did a great job working around my mistake (I forgot about a key bit of info and they had to move a lineset as a result).
