If I could rate it 0 stars I would. We bought the house with furnace that was installed and serviced exclusively by M&M comfort. After moving in we detected gas smell from furnace that was serviced by them just a month before. Called the company. after a few days of waiting and not turning on the furnace, Josh, the same technician who checked the furnace previously, came and admitted that on his previous visit he didn’t pay attention to the crack on the furnace that makes water and gas leaks. His device to check the gas leak wasn’t working. He proposed to check the gas just by smelling it. After I asked how is it possible for him to come for reported gas leak with non working equipment putting our health and even life to danger, because we had to keep the door open for ventilation several days while waiting for him, he just turned away and left without any efforts to fix the results of his own negligence. This is just jaw dropping level of responsibility, work ethic and customer service, unbelievable.
Please, don’t trust your safety to this company. With so irresponsible technicians, improperly checked and served equipment (and regular customers can’t control the quality of their job, they have to trust such guys) the consequences could be too hazardous for customers.

MMComfort Systems was the third bid that we received. It took the longest to schedule, but it was definitely worth it to get a top of the line HVAC system professionally installed at a reasonable price. Ruslan and Dallas did an outstanding job installing the furnace and AC! Our dog even liked them! I especially appreciated the time Rus took to answer my questions and walk me through the new system. I also appreciated that MM Comfort was able to schedule the installation, the electricians and the duct cleaning all in 3 days. My wife and I are very happy!

$330 JUST a travel fee that does NOT include the work done? "Well is this an emergency?" YOU TELL ME, it's going to be 90 degrees Monday on a system that YOU installed less than 5 years ago...

I ordered the HVAC from Costco. MM Comfort Systems is the contractor performing the work. The estimate is fairly straightforward with options clearly explained. On the installation date, I was busy participating work meetings and left earlier in the morning. At the end of day, everything was put in place as planned. Special thanks to the technicians Tyler & Ryan for the great work!

I had a new furnace installed by MM Comfort, After getting many estimates I decided to go with MM Comfort because they are a local business and they provided me with not just one but three options for my new furnace needs with no sales pressure. Joe and Dallas were the two installers. They showed up on time, had a great sense of humor and did a very professional job. I highly recommend MM Comfort.

The estimator was excellent...thorough, informative and communicative. When I chose to go with MM Comfort System over the other three bids I received, I continued to have outstanding communication with the staff about scheduling, payments and answering my many questions. When the installation crew arrived, what was impressive was they got right to work....no coffee/chit-chat time....they were very hard-working, very responsible, and kept me updated about what they were doing and their progress. After the job was completed, the office staff was so helpful, sending me information about inspections, completing the product registration for me and just being professional. Great job everyone!

Our installers, Carlos and Carlos, Jr did an excellent job in doing both a furnace and an AC installation in the same day. They were very focused to get the job done so that we could get our heat for the cold night.

Were scheduled between 2:00 and 5:00, showed up after 6:00. Did not call to say they would be late. I had no problem with furnace until they did yearly maintenance on year old furnace. Shortly after repair person left it quit heating, he set it to come on at 6:00am, it didn’t. At 3:15 pm heat came on for about one hour it is now 66 degrees they want to charge me over $300.00 to come out for after hours call to fix problem they caused.

When I wanted to replace my furnace and install AC, I ended up working with MM Comfort Systems through Costco. The initial consultation was quick but thorough, and I appreciated how the representative presented me with multiple options while explaining details of each plan. They provided a competitive quote, and were quick & professional throughout the processing of the contract, permits, and payments. Tyler & Ryan came onsite exactly on time, and ready with everything that they needed to get on with the installation. Since they seemed knowledgeable enough about my particular install, I trusted them enough to leave them to it while I got on with my business. In no time, the installation had been completed, and I've yet to experience any issues with my new system. Overall great service.

MM Comfort Systems installed a ductless mini split AC/heating system on my house and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the install. Bob was extremely helpful early on in the process helping us decide what made the most sense for our home, helping us make high quality decisions throughout. Adam and Marc did an incredible job installing the entire system and we couldn't have been happier with their attention to detail. Highly recommend working with this company!
