While getting onto I5 this morning from hwy 16 one of your drivers was behind us. We were doing the speed limit. We slowed to negotiate a turn and said driver hit his horn and then cut us off. Very unprofessional and dangerous. Not impressed. I5 northbound at 6 am 😠

Sam & Zach installed my new Heater and AC system on time for this year's hot weather. They were very professional and he seems to be very detailed oriented in making sure the installation not only done properly but looked good , even facing the PVC pipe printing to towards the back. I used this company when I purchased my new heating and cooling system VIA Costco. I will highly recommend their services for others. Although the installation took a while to schedule due to their busy schedule and lack of supplies I was told. I choose the high efficiency furnace this time to save on gas and energy. Now waiting for my $2,300 refund.

I bought through the Costco program. Adam and Marc installed my new ac unit and it was an easy and painless process.

Installation is smooth and Luis & Mario, the technician are very professional on their job. Justin, the electrical technician, is also very nice. They came on time, finish the job quickly and clean up all the area after the service. He also went through their work with me after they finish the work. All work looks very solid. Glad I finally have the AC at my house.

The mini split system we purchased works great! I have lived in this house for over 40 years and expected the system to be good, but this is fantasic! We purchased through Costco and got a great price. The installers Mikel and Ina were efficient and friendly. They left the areas where they worked completely cleaned up! I highly recommend MM Comfort Systems!!

Zach & Jeremy came in to replace a furnace and install a new heat pump. We went with the Carrier Infinity system and they did a really professional job with the installation. They were prompt, on time and courteous. They did a good job and everything passed inspection without any issues. Plan on using MM Comfort Systems for all our HVAC repairs and maintenance.

M&M does pretty much all our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. They’ve installed a new furnace, a new water heater, water pressure booster pump and other plumbing, and most recently ran new wiring for overhead lighting in two rooms. We’ve always had great experiences and this time was no exception. Jacob and Jacob were efficient and professional and very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend M&M for all systems work.

We had MM Comfort Systems install a whole house water filter and a new water heater along with installing a new kitchen faucet and a new pressure regulating valve. Chris and his apprentice did a great job. They work was clean and has performed well. We had an issue with the hot water circulation pump but Chris made the corrections. Only reason for the 4 stars is that it took quite a while to get the proposal for the work.

Absolute nightmare. These guys have had 3 separate installers out, 4 trips and we still do not have a working furnace. Now I'm told it will take a 5th trip as they are waiting for another part. I have 2 kids and we've been living off of space heaters as it gets down to 30 degrees outside at night!! I can't explain how disappointed I am that they can't properly install our new very expensive system. Our old system was just old and we were looking to upgrade. But it worked! I wish we would have chosen another company. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.

We worked through Costco to get a quote from MM Comfort and had our furnace replaced and added the option for A/C in the future. The process from beginning to end was very efficient and pleasant. We worked with Tristan on our quote and he took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Isabel and Hannah were our contacts in the office who coordinated the installation and inspection - both were helpful and responsive. I can't recall the names of the two men who did our install; however, they were also on time and very easy to work with. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend MM Comfort to anyone needing a heating/cooling solution.
