I connected with MM Comfort Systems through Costco. My installers Luis and Mario were excellent and very knowledgeable. Everything was done on time and very professionally. They let me stick with them through all the work and it was very enlightening. While observing all the work being done, I realized what a great value I was getting for my dollar. The equipment is of high quality and fully functioning right out of the boxes!

Was so impressed with the entire Home Comfort Alliance (HCA) process and crew. Working through Costco with HCA was such an easy process; they were professional, great communication, set expectations, and the follow up after the install was excellent. Installers Drew, Jason, and Jeremy did an amazing job! They worked with me to find the best placement for the units, left the job site cleaner than when they came, kept me well informed, and made sure the cat didn't escape! 5 stars and highly recommended!

This is the second time I've hired MM Comfort Systems, first time was through costco, 2nd time I reached out directly. They replaced an old furnace and installed a new AC. They were professional and on time. When they got here they looked through various parts of the ceiling and wall to determine a least intrusive way to route the AC coolant lines. Their patchwork was also well done aesthetically. They installed the components and AC was up and running within 8 hours. Drew and Jason did a great job with the unit, I have already recommended MM Comfort Systems to some neighbors.

I had a crew of three that finished my complete new HVAC system in two short days. They were professional and polite. I went with a really nice furnace and air conditioning system. The walk through was very thorough and they all answered my questions about my new system.. i have nicknamed this crew the "A" TEAM. I am extremely happy with costco, MM comfort systems, and the excellent service. I would recommend this heating and cooling company to anyone looking for a high quality system for their home.

We are so pleased with the prompt and professional service that MMComfortSystems provided. Lili, the Service Manager was extremely responsive to our broken heater problem. She made sure that she had the correct part in stock so that the repairman could bring it to our home. And he showed up within the hour!
Will certainly use MMComfortSystems again!

Worked with them through Costco for furnace replacement and AC install. Estimate and installation process was very clear. Some things had to be modified at install time, but they were upfront and informative about why. System is working great and Sam and Antonio were awesome.

Ruslan and Dallas with MM Comfort were our installers and did a wonderful job. As stated above they were professional, courteous, on time and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them about their family and appreciated them going far and above what we expected. They not only repaired some shoddy work done by another installation company that put in our furnace, they also discovered a water leak under our house and offered some advice on how to repair it. They stayed late moving our thermostat into a more convenient location for us even though it proved to be a huge pain! It helped us a ton having it moved. Truly excellent service and professionalism. They not only missed a obvious rusty pipe that needs attention but also charged an extra $210 for simply fixing a testing whole without letting me know upfront. Not to say that they charge $120 travel fee that no one else does. Totally scam. Stay away as far as you can.

Edit: received a refund of $210 after talking to the manager. Move to 3-star.

With higher temps and smoky skies becoming more common in the Seattle area, we decided to look into getting a heat pump for our house. We called several contractors, and were connected to MM Comfort Systems through Costco. Matt answered a ton of our questions and gave the rationale for his recommended installation, and the quote that followed was timely and reasonable. The next installation window was a few months out (which was fine by us), and the work began and ended exactly on the dates predicted. Sam and Antonio were great installers to work with - respectful of our house, and careful to ensure that each installation (locations and routing) was acceptable to us. The electricians (another Sam, and another Matt if I recall correctly) were collaborative and efficient. And Hannah and Jenah at the office have also been great - keeping us well informed on the schedule and arrival times and the permitting requirements, and completing the warranty registration for us!

Very professional, very responsive, and we are very pleased that we chose MM Comfort Systems for our work.

Requested a consultation for a replacement furnace and potential AC install through Costco Services and were scheduled with Home Comfort Alliance. The extra star is for the fact that the consultant showed up within the appointment window but he later told my husband that he couldn’t find our existing unit in our crawl space. That hasn’t been an issue with the other three companies that have come out for bids so far or for repair work so it was very out of left field. Seemed like he either didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t feel like being in a crawl space.

Vince said he might be able to throw a quote together if we could get info about our existing unit from one of the other companies who have already been out but that didn’t instill a lot of confidence in us. It’s incredibly unlikely we’ll choose to pursue this as an option for when we go to replace our unit in the next week or so.
