Heat pump/ mini split install. Dan was great! Very proficient and professional, led the team in a challenging installation. It came out perfectly, with 3 mini splits in different areas of our home. Thank you Jose, great work!

The people at MM Comfort are great, always informing of the installation time and date, installers Zach & Jeremy did a fantastic job removing the old system and installing the new furnace/ AC unit, would highly recommend.

The installation team made up for any shortcomings I had with the sales team. Tyler and Ryan did an awesome job on the installation. They showed up on time and were very professional. The finished product is the result of two guys who take pride in their work. MM did all of the hvac during the construction of my home this year so I was more than happy to have them come out for the installation of ac after some unexpected heat waves. Recommend the installation team and this company 💯

We needed to have a heat pump water heater (AC unit plus storage tank- SANCO 2) installed. After being turned down by numerous contractors, who claimed to be unable to install such a system, MM Comfort systems not only sent out a technician the next day, but Kyle proceeded to start the work on the project immediately. It was great to observe how he drew on his personal network when extra information was needed, since this was new technology for all of us. Adding a timer and thermostat to the circulation pump was genius and the entire system now runs beautifully. Thank you!

The installers were prompt and worked hard installing the new furnace on Thursday and AC on Friday. The problem came when I realized the heat was not working late on Saturday. I contacted the office and was told I would have to pay $200 for emergency service. By Sunday afternoon, I realized I would need the service before Monday (January). I got through to the answering service and was told someone would contact me. After a few hours and no call back, I got help from a family member and started checking out possible problems (fuses, gas line). We found that the gas was turned off and not turned back on when the installers left on Friday!

We have been on MM Comfort Systems service plan for around 10 years. We scheduled our furnace service earlier this year. The tech came out and did a good job. At the end of the appointment he stated that we weren't on their service plan and charged us more than he should have. In the past, we've been happy with their service. Not any longer. My husband and I have called them 3 times to get resolution on this matter. They transfer you to a line that requires you to leave a message. Then you never hear back from them. Very poor service resolution. It seems that the only time they call is when they want us to schedule more service, like duct cleaning.

If your looking for work to be done here. Don't expect to rely on your salesmans word on any part of the job because more than half the salesman don't know anything about the equipment they looking at to try to sale to you. Half of them are clueless. If you can trust anyone here it would be the installers, they very knowledgeable and understand how the equipment works, and what is needed to get the job done. These salesman have never had any in field experience and often will try up sale everything they possibly can. Also don't rely on getting very many responses from retro management, or supervisor. First there was 1 then they switched to 2 management people trying to manage the retro department because the one guy could handle the work load needed to manage the department, neither one of these 2 people ever answer their phone for any of retro installers, let alone for any customer with a concern. You got the retro supervisor that has no clue what it is he is supposed to be doing in his position and is so clueless to any jobs going to install for the day especially for the sumner crews. So they essentially hired a supervisor to help the manager to run retro and now they have 2 guys that do nothing for retro to make it a smooth operation, one gives false informationto the installers as solutionto their issues with the install, and the other just doesnt answer his phone and is completely useless to any installer if in need for solutions, As an installer myself who has worked for this place. Recently may I add, I won't do it again in a millions years. The simple facts of the care very little about their actual install employees, which bring in the money with the completed job the do, and don't get any compensation for anything the have to fix that the salesman or management don't inform you of on the site. They will penny pinch every minute out of their installers as if they are going broke. There is nothing close to a bonus of any sort for any of the installers, and alot of them are incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment they are installing. Im not sure if anyone knows but you can sale all the jobs in the world but if you have no workers to do the work you have no income coming in. It's sad to see a company that was great when I started there and gradually deteriorate. This company is ran in a horrible way, with their poor management, and below poor salesmen. Take in mind I worked for this company for 5 years as a lead installer, don't expect any good things here. The installers here are highly under appreciated.

UPDATE: MM sent a crew to address the issues with the city’s inspection. It all worked out in the end, but it still took almost two months to get everything done. Thank you for working on this and finishing the job, MM Comfort Systems.

We hired MM Comfort Systems through Costco to install a ductless AC unit. We trusted them to do the job right because of their association with Costco, so we paid them $8,000. The crew came out and installed the system in late March (it is now late May, two months since installation), and MM Comfort Systems set up inspections for the electrical and refrigeration work. The refrigeration inspector came over and said he could not approve because MMCS had used the wrong clamps or ties for the cables and the refrigerant line that goes up in a spout to where the AC unit is in the bedroom. I told MMCS what the inspector said, and they said they would send someone over to fix the issue, which they said was an easy fix. A second technician came over and said he didn't have the right equipment or parts to fix it. That was SIX WEEKS ago, and MMCS still has not fixed what the inspector said needed to be fixed. It seems MMCS is just hoping the issue will go away and is delaying the fix to do the job right and instead has asked the city to approve the system the way it was installed. Every time I call them to ask them to send someone to fix the issue, so it'll pass inspection, they just say that they're waiting for the city to approve it as is. This is completely unacceptable. I guess they got their money, so as far as they are concerned, they're done. The spout that carries the cables and refrigerant line is sitting open. I would never hire this company again, and I'm disappointed that Costco promotes it at its locations.

Top notch from the first phone call. My water heater went out the night before, and called MM Comfort for help. Great response, quick and accurate bid for new install, but the best part was Kyle, their tech, that came and did the install. He was on time, well spoken, new his equipment, professional and caring, and was a total pleasure to do business. Great job and thanks!

We got our AC installed by MM Comforts. It started with an initial consultation few months ago. The coordination from Hannah before and after the install was perfect. They were very responsive and helpful with all my questions. Their technicians Randy & Clinton did an awesome job. They took their time to make sure everything was installed properly. They both took their time also to explain everything after the install to me and my husband about the furnace, the wirings, the AC unit and our Nest Thermostat. They left the work place and home spotless after they are done. Didn’t leave any debris behind. I highly recommend going with MM Comforts.
