Took three tries to install a furnace.

The first guys were very courteous but got everything wrong and our furnace wasn't able to heat our house. Instead it barely maintained 60 degrees through the night when running constantly.

The second guys rewired the furnace (they moved several sets of wires as pictures we took show but claimed to only have fixed one wire). the furnace worked except when it was really cold the thermostat would die (no power from furnace) and the condensation line froze solid. We had to manually drain water from the furnace to keep it going.

The third guys fixed our summer only condensation line (it was previously only used by AC) to be winter proof. They also adjusted some kind of gas valve which had been at the wrong setting since install for 2 weeks causing the furnace to lock out the thermostat periodically.

Twice we were called day of and had our appointment rescheduled. We waited over 2 weeks for the third crew to come out, the entire time manually draining the system.

We were offered (and accepted) a year of free maintenance as compensation. Over all this was a fairly frustrating experience, but I gave a star back for sticking with us and fixing the wrongs.

Mikel and Ina installed our new gas furnace and thermostat. They arrived on time and worked through the morning. They kept us informed and showed us how the unit was different, how to change filters and use the new thermostat. The old unit and all materials were removed, everything was left in great condition.

We had a new furnace installed and were very pleased with the start to finish customer service! Rod the sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and assisted with our buying decisions and answered all our questions. Drew was our installer and was extremely helpful, informative, and patient during the whole day process. Kelly and Devon were the electricians that came to the rescue and were extremely helpful as well! Hannah followed up with our service and was very nice and helpful! I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service from everyone and would highly recommend MM Comfort Systems for any of your needs.

Jonny was a great electrician. He went an extra mile to teach us about the generators and other safety and practical tricks. Really satisfied with his work. The company provided a better bid than several others bids. Very satisfied

After reviewing several companies we decided on MM Comforts through Costco. This gave us a great discount and additional benefits. There was a little bit of a hassle with the initial appointment having to be rescheduled a couple of times due to system issue, but the staff were friendly and easy to work with.

Tom and Jordan came early and completed the work very efficiently and cleanly. They did a good job explaining what they did and extra cleanup and modifications to our existing system. Our house is an iceberg! We love it.

Our new walk-in tub in our master bathroom required a new hot water heater to provide sufficient hot water for the tub while also maintaining enough hot water for other household uses. Unfortunately, the closet in the garage in which our existing 38-gal water heater lived was too small for larger 50 and 75 gal water heaters.

Greg Forsell at MM Comfort Systems came out to the house and carefully evaluated our needs. He then worked with us to determine how much hot water we needed for the new walk-in tub, including calculations for the tub size, our body displacements, and a clever booster/mixer for the hot water tank. He took the time to work out our options and explained clearly to us how to decide among them. Greg went the extra mile for us to come up with with a 50 gal tank with a booster which would replace our existing tank in the closet which would have saved us a good deal of money. But he also gave us the option to go with a larger 75-gal water heater to be installed outside the closet while utilizing the existing venting and water pipes and gas pipes through the closet wall. We were so impressed with Greg's professionalism that we decided to spend more on the 75-gal heater outside the closet.

Our installer, journeyman plumber Chris Postiglione, was a very nice young man who came out and worked quickly and efficiently to install the 75-gal hot water heater and plumb it through the closet wall to the existing pipes and vents. The work came out great. We have all the hot water we need. We don't even run out after filling the new walk-in tub.

Thank you, Greg and Chris, for a job well done.

Recently had heat pump with mini-split units installed. Luis and Mario arrived on time each day, were considerate and professional. When a change was required, Luis explained why and what the change would entail. The work was completed in a timely way and they made sure all the units were working before they left. They picked up after themselves and left the site clean.

This review is basically regarding AC repair. I paid so far $2.5K and AC still broken. And for every visit to check what else could be wrong, we have to pay another $200. The worst thing of all, they refill the refrigerant without checking for a leak, two times.

Our AC broke 4 weeks ago and they came out 3 weeks ago and added refrigerant which costs $200, that didn’t work.

2 weeks ago they came out and replaced the TXV, and added more refrigerant and that costs $2.2K. That didn’t work.

Yesterday they came and said there is a refrigerant leak and that I need to pay $1000 to check where the leak is. Or pay $10K for a new AC. And they charged be $200 again, and nothing still works.

If you want to replace your unit, then MM Comfort Systems might be a good company, but repairing is totally random and waste of money because they don’t guarantee that it will work.

$2.5k in and the AC doesn’t work. 4 weeks in the process. Definitely not recommend anyone.

I used MM Comfort systems to replace our Furnace and we couldn't have been happier with the technicians that installed it. They were professional and made sure install went as smooth as possible. The sales team missed something so the techs had to be creative to solve it all while making sure I had an A+ experience. They also arranged inspection which saved me time from navigating that. Thanks and would buy from them again.

This company was great to work with installing our A/C from start to finish. Steve the rep was always available when we had a question and the installers, Ruslan and Dallas were professional, friendly and efficient. When we had to move the location of the AC unit at the last minute, Dallas jumped in and helped dig up a stubborn beast of a shrub. Installing the unit in the attic wasn't fun but they did it with humor and without complaint and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Great follow up by Hannah handling the permits. We didn't have to do anything! Would highly recommend this company.
