Installed furnace with All Climate and have them done the annual maintenance since then. I like their service so far. This year, they found a weird issue during regular maintenance that ended up as a weeks long investigation. All Climate was supportive throughout and accommodated the urgency where possible. Several technicians visited and in the end, Troy nailed it with his immense experience. Furnace has been running great thereafter. Big thank to Troy and his awesome work that keeps my house warm in the raining season. Even with this lengthy process, and a couple of back and forth, All Climate waived all service fee beyond the initial annual maintenance cost. I appreciate their consideration and professionalism.

We had a complicated problem with our older furnace. All Climate came out quickly to assess the problem and had the parts on the truck to fix it. After a series of further complications (the furnace is old) that required them to come back, they communicated swiftly and set up appointments right away to follow up with our concerns. They went out of their way to be sure that we were satisfied -- they made our old furnace good as new. Their pricing is honest and reasonable. Further, the technicians are professional and have the support and training to manage even the most complicated issues. We highly trust and recommend them! Great techs and customer service!

We first met Nathan a month ago when our furnace suddenly stopped producing heat. He arrived on time, mask properly in place the whole service time, immediately put on shoe covers, and was dressed in a clean, crisp uniform. He was completely professional, explained the problem and showed us what was causing the problem--heavy dust from a remodeling project that that company was just finishing. He fixed the problem, explained that we should check the new filter in 30 days, probably needing to replace it because of residual dust. We had purchased the top furnace a few of years ago, and Nathan explained to us that there were some switches that could be activated to give better performance. He made some other adjustments that had not been done before. Wow! His extra work, because of his knowledge, greatly improved the performance of the furnace. We had not scheduled our annual maintenance during the pandemic because we were protecting ourselves by not having others enter our home. Nathan was very courteous when we explained that.

We scheduled an appointment right after that service for our annual maintenance on the furnace and on our tankless water heater. He showed us one of the fans and explained that cleaning it, which could wait until we had the next remodeling project completed within the next year. There was a small layer of remodeling grit on that fan, which reduced the overall performance of the furnace by, if I remember correctly, by about 30%. We elected to have the blower and the furnace interior cleaned now and then again after the next remodeling project. In no way did he push us to do that--that is one of his many strong qualities, that he explains the situation well, in terms we can understand, and then we independently make our decisions because he answers all of our questions, even when I know some of my questions may sound stupid because I do not know enough. He is patient.

Then, I mentioned that the tankless water heater was slow to produce hot water. Again, because he is smart and knowledgeable, he said he'd check it out. He found the problem. It involved being aware of some setting changes he could make so that the water would be hot very fast, and the temperature was increased to what we had hoped. No one else had known how to do that.

We asked him the question we have asked every HVAC technician who has come for furnace maintenance since we bought our furnace--is there a way to install air conditioning to reach the top level of our three-storey house? Each time before, we had been told a quick "no," that the cool air could not reach our thir-floor master bedroom I. the diagonally opposite corner of the furnace on the bottom floor.
Again, his knowledge had him stop to think, and based on our I dividual furnace and square footage, he did some calculations. He mentioned two potential options that he thought might work, as long as our city allowed a unit to be placed outside a house in our neighborhood. He said he would pass along the information to All Climate so that the cooling experts could contact us. He said that he would ask them to first check out the regulations in our city, which I really appreciated, because they would know what to ask, whereas if I had to call, I definitely would not.

After the first appointment with Nathan, we made sure to ask to have him as our tech, and we plan to do that in the future. He volunteered that he has worked for All Climate for 15 years and loves working there. He says everybody acts as a family. That really impressed me, as that cannot be said of a lot of companies, and it is not often that I have heard someone volunteer that they love to work for their company--they might say "like," but "loving" to work for a company is high praise

Excellent service provided by Christian, Anthony, and Thomas. They are the best in class when it comes to all thing related to HVAC. Huge shoutout to Christian for going the extra mile this morning. Despite our project being a mess, he was able to accomplish everything he had set out to do. He didn't throw his hands up and say this job site is not ready for me. Instead, he rolled up his sleeves and dived deep to get it all figured out. He got a 1993 AC to start running again, isn't it amazing? Thank you for your expertise and excellent support.

My central AC died in the middle of a heatwave and my previous go-to company and many others were booked a week out or more. I had a call back during business hours and an appointment scheduled immediately. Christian showed up and fixed the issue with expertise. He explained what went wrong in the system and what he was replacing. I have decided to shift fulfilling all my HVAC related needs to All Climate because of this experience, and from the relief of not having to sit in a house stewing in 90 to 98 degree heat.

Last year we had a great experience with this company performing the annual furnace maintenance. This year, we hired them again for the annual service. We also asked them to adjust the flue pipe. The technician Qi performed these two tasks and we were very happy with the result. The manager Anthony and Sherry also helped me quickly fix a payment issue.
