Sean and John were professional and friendly.They answered our questions, and Sean took his time making sure everything was running PERFECTLY. He explained the different options we could choose from for the HVAC system clearly and followed up after the installation was completed. We were comfortable with these gentlemen in our home.

No call no shows twice on top of having to deal with the initial schedule set up was already bad. They gave the first date and then the day of they texted us to “reschedule” with no apology or even explanation. Then the next 2 following reschedules I have had to be the one to initiate and neither dates no one contacted me for any communication. Spoke to about 3 reps and only one of them was kind of understanding. Bad service overall.

Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning did a wonderful job at my place. They installed central AC since the condo did not have it. It was amazing the amount of work it took to install it and it was done in 2 days. They also replaced my furnace. I was very happy with everything.
