They came out and did a good job. I was disappointed that my 2 year old furnace already needed a new part and we were a week without heat waiting for the ordered part to arrive. Over all I would recommend them.
It has been over a MONTH of trying to get my moms coldy airy thingy to make COLD AIR was installed AUG of 2021 and every single time there has been an issue it takes at LEAST 3 visits from technicians that need a different tech or a different van or it was listed wrong on the call out currently 85° in my 76 yr old mothers house and it only 78° outside If they tell you they are reaching out to the service department...you will listen to a Blue Flame advertisement for 1 minute and 15 second and then be told they could not get ahold of anybody GOOD LUCK

Wanted mini split and heat pump (as well as furnace that was previously serviced) to be serviced in one visit. Instead it is one visit per each unit. Frustrating. The service of the mini split was great.
I was put back by the phone interview. Need a witness! It almost caused me to cancel as it raised questions about Bue Flame track record. Luckily for them I had had previous experience with them and the technician carried the day. It was a pricey experience.
Thomas and his apprentice Zack were great. They were professional and paid attention to detail when fixing my kitchen lights and bathroom fan. Will be coming back again for my electrical needs! Thank you!
This is very disturbing. Blue Flame actually installed our furnace and prepared the area for possible air conditioner, heat pump in 2005 at one house. Then we moved to another house and we had blue flame come out and install our furnace and install all the gas piping Around the whole house they did a great job, they did a great job for the first house as well. In the second house the person who was selling us the furnace told us that we should buy specific air cleaner which is a SumPure . Sun Pure air cleaners are UV light with a large media filter . Well last year our air cleaner went out so I had blue flame come out to service the furnace as well as hopefully fix the air cleaner. When they were done servicing the furnace they tried to sell me a $5000 air cleaning system and they also tried to sell me a yearly maintenance subscription and they told me that Sun Pure doesn’t make parts anymore and they wouldn’t help me. But as it was I did find the parts to fix the Sun Pure air clean system and ended up fixing it myself. Now two weeks ago on November 3 our furnace was not heating the house. Reluctantly I did call blue flame to have them come out and figure out what was wrong with our furnace and then hopefully fix it. The gentleman that came out was very helpful. Well they charged us $150 and then another $400 on top of that for these two little electrodes that need to be replaced. We gave them $100 as a down payment . So here we are, two weeks later and I have not heard from them one iota. I’ve started calling and I get an answering service and I still have not received a call back. Your customer service is unacceptable !You claim to be wonderful customer service on your answering service machine and that is an inadequate description of your company. We’ve gone two weeks with having my furnace on all the time and I’m having to pay for that as well as the exorbitant cost of these two little electrodes which may or may not ever come .You as a company need to do a better job on your customer service because this is ridiculous no phone number goes directly to the office I’m about ready to get into my car and drive down there so maybe I would actually see a face! The family that started this company was great ,that is why I went with blue flame they had great customer service ,whoever owns it now it’s not so great. I was just going through reviews and found that there is a number to call for a man name Martin and when I got that number and called them it was actually for rescue rooter which I find interesting. So blue flame you need to step up your game and do a way better job! And come finish the job of repairing my furnace!!!!!!
Patrick was very knowledgeable. He installed the thermostat, configured and tested it. He also assisted me in adding it to the Nest APP on my phone and showing me how to set it up there. Thanks.
