The guys did a great job on our service call. They also installed a blue light to help my allergies even more along with the electronic filter we had put in with the original install.
You will be our company of choice for our HVAC needs in the future.
    Thank you!

The tech arrived on time and checked my system. He noted several to-do items such as contactor and capacitor replacement needed, and dirt in hear transfer coils. He verified that the unit was working. He did no cleaning, filter replacing, or checking of temp at duct outlets.

Tariq is one the reasons why Blue Flame is a great company. He came and looked at my ducting and AC systems and was helpful and educational. Blue flame is the best- I’ll always go to them for my HVAC needs, especially if Tariq is there. Thanks!

Unfortunately for a year now we have battled to have our unit work properly. The service men who come out always say it's the filter (even though it's changed monthly). They have often times been rude. We have called every 2-3 months for repairs and just today 8.29.22 they tell us we have to pay 150 to do a service diagnosis. Of course they didn't tell us that after a year our plan would expire. Even though it's rarely worked properly. My house is sitting at 80° and has been all week. The cooling doesn't work on our unit. Customer service is less than ideal.

Ryan did a great job of cleaning up a unit that had not been well maintained for a couple of years. The price was a little higher than discussed via the phone, and arrival was a bit late (understandable and still worked for this day)

New furnace installed 2 weeks ago. Never worked properly. Takes 90 minutes to raise the house temperature by 2 degrees. Have been trying to get it resolved since last week. Couldn't get any response. What's going on?

Update: Finally this gets resolved after 3 weeks and so many twists, to satisfaction so far. Fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong going forward. The corporate team and quality assurance manager Martin (who replied to this review) were very responsive and helpful. The latest tech who came, Gram, was INCREDIBLE. He was very thorough, and extremely enthusiastic to solve problems completely instead of whisking them away. If anyone from Blue Flame reads this, I cannot say how we were glad to have him done the installation for us. It's rare to see an employee so responsible and dedicated to his job these days.

Jered House with Blue Flame was amazing. He was so polite, organized, knowledgeable, and helpful. Explained and walked through everything we needed to know about our system repair/replacement thoroughly. Great communication! Jered made us glad we called Blue Flame. Thank you so much!

I booked with them through Home Depot HVAC services. They made an appointment, and then called to cancel the same day and reschedule, then on the re-scheduled date, they called again in the middle of the appointment window to inform me they "do not work on Mr Cool equipment" even though Home Depot sells Mr Cool, and I provided them all the information when I scheduled the appointment.

I recently called Blue Flame Heating to come and check out my AC unit, they provided an estimate of $150. They came out to look at it, but sadly missed the initial diagnosis and tried selling me a blower fan that eas $2600 that wasn't needed. The whole time the problem was the capacitor in the furnace, a $10 part that made my AC unit to start working again, I was really disappointed with the service, especially for how much I paid and they weren't able to fix it or find the problem exactly, I also called them to get a copy of the diagnosis and I never received on.

Blue Flame AC Install Issues in Granite Falls, WA – April 2022
We had Blue Flame of Mountlake, WA install central AC at our home and our mother’s home here in Granite Falls in April 2022. Both homes are around 3 years old and 2600 and 2900 sq ft in size. Both install totaled over $24,000. We’d evaluated around a dozen businesses and chose Blue Flame for reputation, price, and timeliness. The foreman who led the install was superb and in general the team was good.

But there were a host of issues that took away from what should have been a perfect experience given the high dollar amount of the work. This included some major mistakes on the unit’s electrical wiring which the foreman caught and corrected. The foreman also identified a large amount of dry wall dust that had collected inside the near new furnace when the house was built but had never been caught. In his opinion, this dust could ruin the furnace if not removed.

We requested that Blue Flame follow-up with a quote or a recommendation which we never received. Blue Flame had promised a follow-up inspection concerning this issue which never happened. Additionally, a multitude of follow-up calls on our part essentially were left unaddressed. To top it all off, no one showed up for a scheduled appointment to correct and even out the air flow in all the registers nor did anyone follow-up to re-schedule. Since we never received a follow-up call as to our satisfaction with the work that had taken place, we’re putting our opinions out there.

Lastly, to this date we don’t even have the final city/state inspection which is supposed to be scheduled by Blue Flame.
Bottom-line, I’d have to say, given the importance and expenses involved in AC installations these days, you might want to check elsewhere.
