Had them do several things to my system in past years and contracted them to check my unit. Serviceman showed up looked at my system. Informed me that they no longer will service these units since they had a dispute with Mitsubishi and walked off with no recommendation or assistance. I don't believe I will contact them again!!!!
Can confirm service is not reliable. The furnace/AC installation went fine, but they were supposed to come out and check the refrigerant line the next day, then didn't. When I called them, they said they would do it... still haven't done it and that was months ago. A few days ago I got a call asking if I wanted to get a new furnace installed (???), when I said no and that I wanted to have the refrigerant line checked for the recent installation that already happened, she said okay well have a great day bye and hung up. The installation itself was good, but these folks are way too flaky for me to use again.
I have had issues with them since the installation 14 months ago, they claim they will be “making it right “, so I waiting to see what they offer to correct the past issues.
Blue Flame installed our A/C about 4 years ago and at the time, we thought they provided good service. However, their customer service has really deteriorated since then. We signed up for their annual maintenance plan, so we pay monthly and in exchange we get annual A/C and furnace tune-ups. In 2021, my A/C tune-up appointment needed to be rescheduled 4 times! Yes, 4 times because they would never show, and I would never even get a call saying they couldn't make it. I would have to call them, they'd make up some excuse and then have it rescheduled. It finally got to be October when the air outside was too cold to do the service, so I actually never got a tune-up for my A/C in 2021. It's basically the same story this year. They did show up for my A/C tune-up after a couple no-shows and rescheduled appointments. However, I was supposed to have a furnace tune-up today, scheduled for between 8am - Noon. It's now 1pm and no one has showed and no phone call. So I've basically lost confidence since it seems to be a toss-up on whether or not they'll show, and they don't seem to care that for these appointments, I need to rearrange my mornings and stay home from work. In the meantime, I'm still paying for the annual plan, which I'm seriously considering of cancelling. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company.
Blue Flame was great. It was super easy to schedule a time that worked well for my work schedule and they were timely at arriving in the allotted frame. Ronald was the technician and he was easily able to fix our electrical issue fast and efficiently, and he had a great attitude!
Most likely the best service we have experienced! Adam not only take a look and did a quick assessment and a quick adjustment for the furnace to work perfectly, but also was so very kind and listened to my elderly mother who is 92 years old. She was very happy and so am I! As they say, ‘happy mom, happy daughter’! (My version!):). Thank you Adam and Blue Flame Heating!!
I recently purchased a heatpump+furnace from Blue Flame. Ian was my home comfort advisor. He showed up on time, was through with his measurements and gave me a quote within 30 minutes. It was reasonable, and he didn't oversell. He also managed to procure the heat pump and schedule the installation within seven days. The whole process was smooth and transparent.
The installation crew Matt, Kevin, Joe and Misha showed up on time, walked me through the process, and perfectly installed the heat pump and the furnace. Matt went above and beyond to fix the insulation in my existing vents and fixed a damper in one of the HVAC pipes.
Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend Blue Flame.
