Juan G was my installer. I have been in the construction business for most of my life and he is one of the best I have worked with. Tyler K was my sales rep and was very easy to work with.Fabulous company to work with.

Ballard Natural Gas Service was able to quickly dispatch help – I thought it would take at least a couple days to get someone in, but they had Norm ready that day! Norm was a great technician – knowledgeable, funny, and practical. I really enjoyed working with him and would absolutely hire them again. 10/10.

Norm is the best. A true pro who knows everything about fireplaces. The fix wasn’t complicated but he went above and beyond. Even educated me about how to keep the system running well and more efficiently. Will call and ask for Norm next time.

Great customer service and professional maintenance. Chris D. did an awesome job diagnosing and maintaining my gas fireplace. He went above and beyond to explain how BNG offers preventative maintenance services for both my gas and electric heating and cooling appliances. Muireann and the customer service team were courteous and efficient at answering my questions and scheduling my appointments. A refreshing experience in these times when getting anyone to anything seems next to impossible.

Justin came and performed a yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was polite and the work area was spotless when he was done. He also adjusted the fan so that it would circulate better and explained how to use the fan option only on the thermostat. He did a very nice job.

We had them replace a gas furnace in my 93 year old mom's home in Seattle. Their entire staff from beginning to end was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would show up. We received detailed estimates of exactly what work they needed to do to complete the job. Communication with Tony, the sales representative, Maria and Edie in the office and Shane online was seamless. On the morning of the installation the technicians were here when they said they would be here, efficiently removed and replaced the Bryant furnace with a new smaller Lenox and replaced the Honeywell thermostat with a simple dial model that my mom is thrilled to be able to continue to use herself. The new furnace is quiet and doing a great job of uniformly heating her house. I would definitely recommend them.

The crew was professional, personable, and seemed to know their stuff. We’re enjoying the upgrade in quality and efficiency with our new heat pump and furnace. There was some minor damage to outdoor steps during the removal of the old system, but the crew acknowledged the damage and the crew chief committed to repair it.
