We have our mini split units serviced every year by Ballard Natural Gas and they do a great job. It’s nice to be reminded by them each year in anticipated of the summer heat to have them checked out. Brendan was courteous and professional.

We had mini splits installed into 4 rooms in our townhome by Jay and Tony. They did a great job and were quiet (as much as they could be), efficient, professional, and got done a day early. Did a great clean up and walk through with us afterwards. Would recommend!

My 24 year old water heater finally died - quite a run! Called a few places and Ballard Natural Gas was by far the most reasonable. Very smooth process, texted a couple pictures to them, quoted over the phone, installation scheduled for two days later.

The installer, Chris D., was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. His partner, Wilson, showed up a few minutes later and he was equally nice.

My basement is a bit of a dungeon and Chris and Wilson did a fantastic job of removing the old heater and installing the new one. When they hit a snag, they didn't panic and instead face-timed an old-timer (thanks Norm) who looked at the situation and suggested the solution. They were great guys and knew when to get assistance instead of trying to use brute force.

Great experience all around. Would highly recommend Ballard Natural Gas.

Ballard Natural Gas has done our furnace work for years, including the installation and maintenance of our furnace. They always do a great job. The recently installed a tankless water heater for us and today was our first service call to have it descaled (they need this every 2-3 yrs). Justin did a great job, was in and out and kept everything very clean. Would recommend!

Wilson arrived on time, he was courteous and efficient. Replaced filter bulb that had burnt out. Explained it’s function of sanitizing air and also explained to me the dual purpose of furnace filters. Especially appreciated that he checked my furnace filter and said I had another month on the present filter.
At the end he reviewed the entire checklist of items he cleaned, checked and re set my thermostat and updated my digital display.

Scheduling and communication was great! Chris completed the repair and got our AC working quickly. He explained the problem and what he did to fix it. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced.

We are so grateful to Ballard for fitting us in for a new install when our 20 year old furnace quit on us on the coldest day of the year. Professional and easy from start to finish. Special thanks to Alex Molina for a flawless install. Highly recommend this company!

Matt & Norm were both great to work with. After some troubleshooting and adjustments to my heatpump system, they took great care in explaining everything they did as well as expected outcome. Both were very personable, professional, and took pride in their work. It was a pleasure working with them!

Justin has serviced our HAVC system in the past. This time our thermostat would not come back on after batteries changed when warning message had come on. He found the problem and had it fixed quickly then checked rest of system. Nice person and professional.
